Beautiful property - even nicer than photos. Very well equipped with coffee, milk, bread, and washing up liquid etc!

The accommodation was lovely - so warm and cosy. Better than the photos! The owners were so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the little touches such as jam, milk and bread etc were so kind! Beautiful garden and views, and it was lovely and quiet out in the countryside. We stayed to attend a wedding nearby but we'd definitely stay again! Thank you so much.
No complaints at all, aside from the rain! Hopefully sunshine next time 🙂

Lovely rural location. Property spacious,very nicely done and well equipped. Lovely provisions left bread,milk eggs etc. Hosts very welcoming and very helpful. Gorgeous garden and loved the outside decking area.
Cockerel was a little noisy but understand that’s country life and doors a bit squeaky so noisy at night when using the bathroom.

The coach house is a delightful property in a lovely quiet location. Very rural and narrow roads to reach it but worth it. Hils is very accommodating. We loved it.. a peaceful fee days.

The location is perfect for travelling to Exeter City shopping or sight seeing. Only a 10 minute drive to Tiverton or Cullompton for your local amenities.
Beautiful surroundings and space especially for our 2 small dogs. Burnhaies provided a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed to hand. Hils made us most welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
We look forward to visiting again.

Gorgeous farm cottage, so comfortable , warm and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to feel truly at home in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The hosts were lovely and left some welcome bread, milk, butter, jam etc, including bubbly and kindle for the fire, as we arrived late. Everything about our weekend was amazing, restful, revitalising and fun. Thank you!

The Farm House Cottage was charming , immaculately presented and in a wonderful country setting . Lovely decking area to enjoy a drink at the end of the day and great facilities within the cottage .

The hosts were absolutely lovely! So helpful and welcoming. The location is very quiet and 'out of the way' We will definitely return.

Beautiful place, grounds, everything you need to chill out. Very clean, comfy beds. Host was very helpful & friendly, always helping out for ideas on days out. Definitely return again, great for children as large garden with chickens.
Only thing being in a rural area was very little WiFi & no takeaways deliver to this area.

Very welcoming and friendly family. The owner gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit.
The cottage was immaculately clean and really well equipped (eg nespresso machine and lots of pods, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, fresh bread and milk etc). Also double set of crockery and cutlery. It was very warm.

Beautiful location and well looked after gardens, perfect for the dog. Hosts very accommodating and friendly.
More tea towels needed for drying up. Hooks needed to hang clothes in the bedrooms. TV was intermittent at best just bad signal in that location.

The location felt remote and peaceful but was close to the town to pick up essentials. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The Coach House was clean and contained everything you could need for a weekend away or a longer break. We'd definitely stay again.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Most perfect country stay for our wedding weekend. Couldn’t have been happier!! Stunning place, stunning scenery and an amazing host!!!!!!
