The breakfast 😋

Not a lot as it was only a overnight stay

Der Aufenthalt war sehr abgenehm. Die Parkplätze waren direkt vor dem Haus, breit und grosszügig. Der Empfang durch Brandon war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft waren sehr ansprechend und wie auf den Bildern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche hatte einen ausreichenden Druck bezüglich Wasser und die vorhandene Seife roch gut. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut bestückt. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet.

Einzig als kleinen Abzug ist zu werten, dass unsere Toilette nach der Spühlung sehr laut war. Dies ist jedoch wohl ein einzelner Fehler.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Free car parking was great.

While a lot of plugs in the room, most you needed an adapter for.

Noise during the night- woken up by dryers running at 3am

Been overcharged was quoted one price with booking. Com and charged £19 more at hotel. Tv not working for my 3 days stay (told 2 times we are getting it fixed). Noise from other room's on third day group booked 4 rooms and was so noisy door's banging at night and morning from 7am. I did tell reception when it happened and also when I checked out and was told I can get you a coffee (free in room) I said no then asked for my number so manager can call me ( not happened) Was recommended this hotel by my aunt who knows the owner she feels bad I told her it isn't her fault. Me and my wife stay in about 15-20 hotels a year first time we have had to say anything normally we expect little things not right but this time to many.

Poor beds, basic bathroom, cooked breakfast wasn't great, poor selection and ingredients were poor quality. Over-priced.

Staff were friendly

Room was cold, and difficult to warm. door was unlocked and open as i entered my room. I was unsure if someone was already in the room upom entry. Toilet was dirty, elevated plug hole for bath had long hairs hanging from it.

Everything overall was excellent 👌 could not have received a nicer welcome staff and owners were very accommodating and helpful and rooms were beautiful and comfortable 😊

There was a great bar downstairs and a restaurant for breakfast, so we had all the bases covered. Room was clean and large enough for our many suitcases. Parking was free and on site.

There wasn't an elevator and we had a number of suitcases to bring to the 3rd floor. It was a bit of a walk to downtown, about 20 plus minutes, but it was a great room rate so worth the walk.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast room comfy and airy, Breakfast was fairly good. Nice traditional bar. good staff.

Evening meal menu limited. Room was NOT what we would expect in a 'Boutique' Hotel. Flooring and furnishings hard and unwelcoming. No carpet. Pillows just lumps of foam. Heating pump noisy. Very thin walls. Neighbour's conversation (not raised) at 1am woke us up. Room was not serviced.

I was a small bit disappointed as it was described as a boutique hotel, where you expect something a little different, but it was not a boutique hotel. The breakfast was below average with very little variety and the juices were not pure/fresh. There were no vegie options for my partner (which a boutique hotel definitely should have). It was absolutely fine for a basic stay but nothing special.

The laminate flooring in the bedroom - cold and very usual for a hotel. The breakfast was very basic.

Such a comfortable bed! I always expect a bad sleep in hotel beds as I've a very bad back but I slept like a baby and their pillows were sooo comfortable! Brendan on reception very welcoming & professional. So was the member of Nights on duty when we returned. Good value, would stay again if needed a place in Kilkenny.

Breakfast was very tasty, room was small and comfortable too.

Found it hard to get a good nights sleep due to other guests banging doors all night.
