Very comfortable with excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location with free parking.

The coffee machine and pods, would have preferred an electric jug. This a minor personal quibble that doesn't detract from what was a very fine stay.

Beds were alright for a three-guest stay.

The window would not close easily, looking on a potentially noisy roundabout. Window frame needs checking.

There was no breakfast when breakfast was included in the ad. Paid for a 20 square metre king sized room and was put into a smaller room. At 1am we had to change rooms as there were other guests above us making lots of noise. So we had to pack up and change in the night. When we changed to the next room we wondered why we weren't put into it from the start. We were put into a bad room when there were better rooms available. I would suggest that in future it makes sense to put guests into the better rooms if rooms are available. Ratings would be better and the guests would be happier. In the morning after being up late the cleaning lady walked into our room at 10am when checkout is 11am. So overall it was a bad experience and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Room size, bed comfort

Fire Alarm went off at 0620 (am) and no one was at the hotel. Fellow tenants found a off switch behind the reception desk after 25 minutes of a loud alarm No fire brigade ever arrived, so after 25 minutes it appears that the alarm does not trigger an automatic call to the fire brigade. We called the number left on the counter for the night clerk (sign said, currently away, please call in case of emergency)... well we called that number multiple times during the 25 minutes and there was never an answer. 2 hours later still no one managing the property. Total failure for safety.

El ruido insoportable del grupo de jóvenes borrachos que llegó muy tarde en la noche, gritando, saltando e intentando abrir nuestra puerta porque en ese estado ni siquiera sabían el número de su habitación....No pudimos dormir nada. La persona de recepción no puso atención.
