Room was ok, but bathroom needed cleaning. There was pink and black mold throughout the shower and the bathroom fan on the ceiling was coated in dirt. It was really loud at night and the wi-fi did not work in our room

Signs for parking not visible from road. Room was not made up or cleaned on my second day. Finally about 4:30pm someone dropped of clean towels, but just tossed them on the toilet seat. Bed not made, trash not removed, tea supplies not replaced. Noise from bar very loud.

The interior of the hotel is nice!

I was given a room at the front of the hotel that faces the Main Street, the noise from people on the street was very loud all night until about 3am - I got very little sleep as a result. One of the windows would not shut properly either...the hotel needs to put in new windows and try to reduce the sound from outside, as customers are paying to get a good nights sleep at the very least.

Excellent location. Friendly reception staff (daytime).

It was like an assault course getting from the car park to reception. But that was only a teaser when it came to getting to the room from reception. Hotel advertised with a lift but we had 3 full sets of stairs to contend with.one tiny window (c. .3 sq metres) being the only source of natural light in the room. Night porter was particularly unwelcoming and less than friendly when he eventually decided to open the door to let us in. Anyone less than match fit will struggle in this hotel and no mention of this at time of booking.
