Location is good. Plenty of interesting shops nearby.

The onsen and private baths were excellent, as is the general location of Arima onsen. The mountain views were wonderful from my window.
The facilities and furnishings are showing their age in places like the bathroom and fittings. Simple things like usb ports for charging are missing.
A Booking only restaurant combined with no bar and limited times to access room service meant I had to rush to a bar down the street to get fed.
The village itself is entirely closed up by 8pm and the shifts of the hotel staff and facilities seem to follow this too.

The staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, and the cleaners are honest, I forgot my ring there, they help me to keep it, really appreciate 👍👍

This is an amazing hotel in arima onsen area.
About the location :
Free shuttle is provided between the hotel and hankyu bus terminal.
Rokkosan rope way is like 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel .
About the service and staff :
Everyone works in the hotel served us with warm smile, (the gentleman helped us check in also helped us take our 2 HUGE luggages into the room , thank you so much 😀)
The girls served at dinner and breakfast have also done an excellent job ! (One of those girls introduced all the dishes to us by naming the ingredients, that’s quite impressive )
I really enjoyed the stay and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I travel to arima onsen .

The hot spring is awesome. Staffs are nice and very helpful.
This hotel is very old. The diner included is mediocre. Good for photographing but not so good for tongue. I am disappointed by the food.
