This place is all about the location. There's a beach access path right there that takes you to a beautiful Isla Verde beach. So close to the airport too. Free parking was important for us because we had a rental car. I love staying in these type of places, a simple quiet single story inn that's clean comfortable and well maintained. Not a lot of amenities but when you're a few steps from Isla Verde Puerto Rico that's all you need.
It was very clean and the AC worked great. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. Although the room was pretty basic and not much decor or attention to aesthetics that didn't matter to me because I like to get out and enjoy the city.
We walked to Playa Papaya for coffee, breakfast and lunch. And the first night we walked down the street for dinner. I can't remember the name but it was good and open late and I felt safe walking there at night.
I liked everything about staying here.

The location is very close to the airport so the taxi cost is low. It is a short walk down a path to a beautiful beach. We were greeted by name upon arrival and walked to our rooms. BBI is a small hotel, with only 12 rooms, so we definitely got fantastic attention. If we needed any help with restaurants or transportation, the front desk was always quick with assistance.
The rooms do not have kitchenettes but there is a community kitchen that is kept very clean. Our room wasn't huge, but we only needed it for sleeping. If we wanted to gather with our family, we used the lounge area.
I would definitely stay again!
The water was crazy hot in the shower. It definitely warrants a sign to avoid serious burns.

This place it seems that it was previously like a medical facility. The bathroom was nutritious. The tile look dirty and old. The shower had support rails and a medical seat. The curtain was dragging on the floor and did hot have soap to wash our hands. Very disappointed. The towels look dirty and had stains. No refrigerator in the room and no microwave. You would have to use the refrigerator that everybody use and put your name on your items.

Noise in the area, checkout time way to early 11am and flexibility to allow for customer when requested for a little more time and no breakfast and no vending machines, no room coffee maker.

confortable hotel, good beds, nice common kitchen, very clean. the hotel is quiet (but read one of the cons of THE AREA)
No wifi in the bedroom.
also, if you are noise sensitive avoid this area. the hotel is located in a very central area, with lot of traffic and party/music and it is noisy. I want to clarify that this is not a problem of the hotel, it’s the area, nothing that the hotel can do. so if you are distourb by parties or load music, stay away from this central location. the hotel is quiet, the surrounding not.

Sophia the front counter was a big sweetheart. She help me with my booking after my last Airbnb cancel the last minute. I feel bad giving this review after she help me out.
The noise. I understand it's a tourist area but I would never imagine that the noise would carry on all the way til 3 in the morning. It's like having a marching band in the middle of the night.

the cleanliness of the rooms they were spotless they smelled good and they were so spacious! pillows are comfy if you like softer pillows.
The windows didn’t close so you hear LITERALLY every noise from the street. kids skateboarding, motorcycles trying to start at 10:30 at night like that’s an okay time to do that. Those windows need to be sound proofed because the stay would have been 1 million times better if I wasn’t jumping out of my sleep by every random obnoxious noise that happened.
The doors were also so thin you can hear other tenants talking loud, slamming doors, etc.

Location, value for money.
Think what you are paying for. If you seek a 5* level of service, there are plenty of other hotels to choose from. If you want a simple, clean, en-suite room next to the beach and are ok with minimum service, it is a good choice.
You need to let them know if you want your room to be cleaned.
The property is on a busy road, so it gets noisy. The room overlooked the entrance hall, so there was constant light outside the window. The air-conditioning was a bit loud.
