Good sized room and and bed - decent air con. Powerful shower. Excellent breakfast spread - all self serve: range of sweet and savoury. Good location for airport - we walked and it took 20 mins. The info sent by host is very helpful for buses. 20 min bus ride into Venice: you can buy tickets at Tabachi near to hotel - only €1.50. When coming back, you can buy a ticket in Info Centre at Piazzale Roma - it’s the same airport bus (Line 5) but make sure you ask for Tessera as €1.50 (it’s €10 to the airport). Good local restaurant just along the road (by Tabachi) - pizza/pasta.

The owner was very friendly and obliging, and the breakfast was exceptional! Super easy check-in after a long flight. While on the main road, it was extremely quiet, very close to the airport, which was why I booked it. I am very thankful to have booked such a great little find! The whole experience was well worth it!

Perfect for airport - and very quiet. I walked in 20 mins - less if cooler. Cheap local Bus connections to Venice . W Good breakfast with large range. Clean and with efficient Aircon . Owner v helpful Wifi good

Easy to find and access. Friendly staff. Nice and clean.

A very basic room which is probably expected given the price point. However, our room had no electricity overnight, which made packing extremely difficult. Overall a very poor experience

The staff responded quickly to the questions and was really helpful before during and when leaving the hotel. Provided the needed information. The room is spacious and has all what is needed. The breakfast was good and diverse.

There are some parts in the bathroom that were not super clean but the overall cleanness of the room was good.

Close to airport. Very basic but clean and met our need for a before flight stay. Staff was able to to get us a transfer to the airport at 4:15am for 10 euros! It was very convenient to Al Quardrante next door that had delicious pizza. Our meal for two with a half litter of wine was under 20 euroes.

No one was there when we checked in, so we had to lug our 50lb suitcase up a flight of stairs. There was a handicap stair lift which I guess could be used but no instructions posted in english. Couldn't walk to the airport with our luggage due to not having sidewalks for at least 1/3 of the way on the very busy road.

Very clean, comfortable and breakfast with ample choices.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and we had a good sleep. Heating works well and the water is hot. Breakfast was also satisfactory. We needed to spend a night close to the airport and this hotel met our expectation at a reasonable price. I would not recommend it for longer stays that do not need closeness to the airport, mainly because there is little interesting in the surroundings.
