I liked the spacious shower and the double use toilet door, that was clever. I liked the ac efficiency and also the location was good for street food.

There was a noise issue with either machine or something next to the room 923 (i believe that was the number) and it kept me awake every night like broken sleep. Also the water pressure kept going from weak to strong its like it had its own personality.

There ara many streetfood vendors nearby so it's easy to grab some food any time

1. Receptionist was lazy. I stayed for 2 nights and at the 2nd night the hot water in my bathroom didn't run. I called the receptionist and she said "there is indeed no hot water in the room I booked". When I told her she talked nonsense because I had hot water at the previous day, she sent a repairman to my room. 2. I had to call the receptionist because the TV in my room wasn't connected, and they fixed it while I was out. After I came back, the TV was on but I couldn't find remote control anywhere in my room. 3. No bathmat, I have to ask receptionist again for it. 4. I ended up spent total 1.2 million rupiah for 2 night and early check in, and breakfast was mediocre. 5. The access to hotel is ridiculous, many intersections were blocked by locals. Even gps map failed to help and GoCar I booked was lost when picked me up.

Verse Lite is in a good location, a short walk from the nearest mall and a short drive from central Jakarta activities. My room was good in general, as there was a kettle, free tea/coffee, a hot water, and comfortable bed.

The desk had sticky stains, and I wasn't provided with towels right away. The breakfast wasn't great - there were limited options, and the food was often running out, cold, and not so tasty. I had the impression from the hotel page that coffee and food would be available to order on site, which isn't the case - they only serve breakfast. The staff also aren't very helpful. I had a burst ear drum and asked them to bring Grab food to my room but they made me take the elevator up and down. I also asked where to get a SIM card and was directed to the wrong place.

terrible! they gave me a room full of cockroaches, they were everywhere. it was awful. sheets were dirty, aircon was leaking badly like Niagara fall. it is not cheap enough for all that. staff is friendly and they changed the room where i didn’t see cockroaches, but i couldn’t sleep well after what i saw. the location is not good, no taxi could find it and i waited for 30 mind for a taxi that would find the place. staff hardly speak english.

Good location from a walking distance from the monas. A large mall with big supermarket is right next doors. There are many street food stalls and some restaurants in the near proximity of the hotel.

The sheets, towels were badly worn out with holes and stains. The area where the hotel is located is not the most charming. Room is quite small but still ok

There's leaking from the window when it's raining so hard, Aircon machine sometimes heard so hard through the room, there's mosquito sometimes.
