Casa con 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, lavadero (w / lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla bordo) acogedora sala de estar, comedor (asiento 8 personas) y nuestra hermosa 216 pies cuadrados superficie de cubierta / patio con una mesa grande (asiento 4 personas) y unos 10 'paraguas; también tenemos una mesa pequeña (asiento 2-4 personas) y un «paraguas 7 para proporcionar la máxima sombra y comodidad durante los meses de verano. También se proporciona un sofá al aire libre de asientos adicionales y confort. También tenemos una parrilla charcol en la cubierta para el "Grill Master 'y novatos.

This property is in a great location! Any place that we needed to go in San Antonio was within a 20 minute drive. Close to the grocery store and other restaurants to dine in. It was super easy to check in, and we were happy with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It would be a great place to stay again.

This was my first time using vrbo and he made my experience very pleasant. He went out of his way to accommodate me when unforseen events came my way! Very honest host. Whenever I am in town, its nice to know I have a guaranteed home away from home. Thank you Stan!

As advertised everything looked and felt great from the start. Only down side is, the bunk bed in one of the rooms wasn't sturdy and we kept unused due to fear of breaking it. There was no spare bedsheets if we wanted. Kitchen was great, we had all the necessary utensils & spices for cooking. Ideal location for Sea world and Aquatica. Finally, the showers weren't working all too well and the half bathroom door wouldn't lock. I would've rated 5 star if not for these issues I listed. It's been a pleasure staying at this place.

We had the absolute best vacation in San Antonio and a big part of that was choosing this VRBO. It was exactly as advertised and just so perfect! The check in process was super easy, the location of the house couldn’t of been better! Just right down the road from Sea World and so many stores/food options around as well, and not too far from down town. The house was clean, and had several mini features that made the trip even more fun - like board games available and a Roku on the TV. The hosts were extremely friendly and super helpful from start to finish. The guests I had with me on the trip were super impressed with the house as well, everything was truly perfect and I can’t wait to stay again!

Owner was very communicative and prompt. House was spacious, clean, and well apportioned. As described in the listing. Parking is tight with a single car driveway. We had a compact car and truck. Had to put the car in the garage or else use designated street parking down the block.

This is the perfect location for a Sea World vacation. The property is close to the park and also close to many dining options. We've stayed at the property twice and have been happy with it.

We wanted somewhere close to Sea World that was reasonably priced. This was exactly that. It is super close to Sea World and a short distance to Six Flags . The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We didn’t need to contact owners during our stay. There were plenty of comfortable beds which was exactly what we were looking for!

This was the best location for Sea World, literally 5 minutes down the road. Neighborhood was quite and nice. Had to communicate with the hosts a couple of times and they were very responsive. The home is exactly how it's listed. Plenty of room for the kids and the grandparents really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Bedrooms were a nice size.

BMT Graduation Getaway
The check in process was really easy. The property was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. There was more than enough room for our family. We were in town for our sons BMT Graduation and this home made the stay comfortable as it was within 20/25 minutes to the Air Force base and to the airport.

Good for BMT graduation
Close to highway, grocery and food. It was perfect for my daughter’s BMT graduation. Had all the necessities. Simple, clear check in & check out expectations and directions. We had one small problem with the toilet tank handle breaking. Stan fixed it himself, within the hour, and this was over Thanksgiving! Wow!
My only negative would be the one set of bunk beds. One of them was quite wobbly. I would not have put a kid up there to sleep. We didn’t need the bed, but I did let Stan know about it so that he could address it after we checked out. The entire process of this rental was clear and simple. We would rent with Stan again. Plus, it is literally next to Sea World.

It was an amazing house in the perfect area!!! The owner Stan is awesome and very understanding. The ac had went out he had it fixed by the time we got home!!!
