Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensizebetten. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren riesig und hatten die Standardausstattung: Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Fitnessstudio und Indoorpool waren mit Handtüchern und Desinfektionstüchern ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und es gab immer genug von allem. Mit dem Auto sind es nach Seaworld keine 10 Minuten.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The store downstairs was nice.

No streaming services on the tv, only cable.

I booked my stay one month in advance on booking.com. When I showed up for check in the girl working the front desk said she did not have me in her system. I showed her my confirmation and she did not care. She offered no solution other than for me to call booking.com. Or I could book another room and pay all over again. I drove from Fort Worth TX 5 hours away with my husband and two kids. Spent all day at Seaworld. We were exhausted and had to drive back home 5 hours away because she would not give me a room which I had already paid for, and I had proof I had paid for it one month ago.

Breakfast was good and location was awesome.

Only thing was that we found a roach in our room, did notify front staff and got a broom and dust pan from them. Took them the cocroach.

The breakfast was awesome. Loved the Texas shaped waffles. The location was great- we were in town for AF graduation and it was very convenient and close to the base, restaurants, etc. pricing was not bad either… only concern of mine were some of the sketchy people hanging around the back of the hotel… also there was a Turkey?!?

The AC unit made a weird noise. Sheets felt like they were damp. Sketchy people were hanging out in the back of the hotel. Parking was a little scarce

The pool area too small Bathroom was not clean, stains in the tub it just looked like it was cleaned with only water

Central restrooms didn’t work, pool wasn’t the size , laundry room appliances didn’t work, only one elevator worked, my room was given to someone else so they had to give me another room my second room was canceled for whatever reason so me and my family couldn’t be on the same floor!

Location and team was really nice

Just assume rooms are thoroughly checked when cleaning, to avoid missed items from prior guest.

Loved the location, we were like 10 mins away from sea world, loved the breakfast I have no complaints,

The only thing I didn’t like but I probably didn’t pay attention to was the bathroom sliding door but everything else was great stay.
