Good size clean and comfortable

Location was good. Room was warm

Wifi & TV not working, unable to be fixed by staff - in fact they didn't return to fix as promised. Facilities dated and the bathroom had mould along the seals. The shower drain was partially blocked and drained slowly. Hot water took a long time to arrive. Road noise over night.

Very helpful at reception , very obliging when we were stuck with the flooding in Auckland. Shower pressure was good, comfie bed, handy to shopping centre. Thank you for all your help when we stayed

Easy check in, manager was expecting me, very friendly welcome and he personally showed me the unit. Very central to Epsom Campus, motorway and plenty of food choices nearby.
