Palm Desert Oasis For The Whole Family To Enjoy
Aproveche al máximo su escapada de California al alojarse en su propia propiedad tipo resort. Nuestra casa muy bien actualizada ofrece un ambiente tranquilo, privado, configuración de apoyo a Desert Willow Golf Resort. Nuestra casa es de aproximadamente 2,500 pies cuadrados con 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños y una oficina de sala abierta con sofá cama, sala de juegos grande, cocina bien equipada y una sala de estar con chimenea.
La cocina se actualiza con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, área de escritorio y un montón de espacio en el mostrador. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king-size, retratamiento, TV de pantalla plana y un gran cuarto de baño con encimeras de piedra, bañera de hidromasaje, ducha y walk in closet. Las dos habitaciones secundarias están muy bien amuebladas con un montón de cajones y espacio de armario. La sala de juegos cuenta con un bar independiente, mesa de billar de tamaño completo, mesa de futbolín, equipo de karaoke y máquina de palomitas viejas. La sala de estar tiene una gran unidad de entretenimiento con un televisor de pantalla plana de 52 ", reproductor de DVD y sintonizador capaz de transmitir música desde sus dispositivos inteligentes a los altavoces de sonido envolvente.

It was a treat to come back here again! This is the best stocked house I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Loved the new outdoor furniture & lounge chairs. Beds were comfy with lots of comforters/blankets for the cool nights that happen in Feb/March. And being able to park in the garage was very helpful since I had shipped my own car out to Cali. I'll be back again soon!

We booked this house because of the private pool and lovely backyard. Also it faces north which is a consideration in April and May. The whole back area was exceptional.
The house is large with space for guests. The beds were good, linens new and kitchen well equipped.
Kathy was helpful whenever we needed a bit of help.
We are already booked again for next year.

Very well laid out for families.
The main bathroom needs new shower and a fan that works.
It also seems that the fan cannot be turned off in 2nd bedroom.
Owner very helpful with pool and hot tub.

Very nice house with a great games room. Nightly pool tournaments were a huge hit for everyone. Location is central to the whole area. We will rent again

Great Property & Hosts
We had a great time here for a girl's trip. Any opportunities or questions we had with the house were addressed as soon as possible. Loved the big kitchen for cooking, family room for hanging out and outside pool and spa for relaxation. Location is fantastic. This was our second stay here, looking forward to our third.

A perfect stay
We loved this property which we stayed at for a month in March! The house was perfect for our needs, clean and easily accessible to restaurants, etc. We used the pool just about every day. Kathy's pool service kept the pool so nice and clean. Kathy's rose bushes were in bloom, enjoyed hummingbirds every day in the back yard. Great neighbors too!! Well equipped kitchen!! I will miss my coffee by the pool that I enjoyed every day. We plan on returning. Kathy is very easy to work with and very responsive.

Palm Desert 2022 vacation
We loved renting this house for our family vacation! It was large enough so everyone could have their own space, and yet it felt like home. A very thoroughly outfitted kitchen made cooking in so easy to do on the nights we didn't explore the great restaurants in the area. We spent many happy hours floating in the pool, enjoying the sun, and sitting by the fire table at night gazing at the stars and the palm trees swaying in the breeze. I took to calling the house 7 Palms, after the trees lining the fence.
The cooler evenings we stayed indoors and either played pool or foosball. Then we set up a card table to work on a 1000 pc puzzle.( and we finished it!)
The appliances worked well, and I loved the new washer & dryer for keeping up with all the beach towels. The neighbors we met were so friendly, and were amazed we had been so quiet they didn't know we had been there all month.
All around a wonderful place to stay, and we've already booked our return trip. Once you've vacationed in a home, you'll never go back to a hotel room!

Great space
We had a great week! Our family of 5 adults worked and relaxed while here - we had everything we need to cook all our meals; the beds were very comfortable; it was a great location for playing at Pickleball Nationals at beautiful Indian Wells; not far from Joshua Tree and the Aerial Tram. Kathy provided perfect instructions for checkin and everything for the house. I highly recommend.

First Class Place
Very clean first of all. Very comfortable. The kitchen appliances are very nice. The game room was a hit in the evenings. The pool and hot tub where very well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood. Kathy does a great job keeping up with the landscaping. We will definitely be back!!

Great House and Location
The house and the location were great. The property abuts a golf course, which make it more private than most. The house was comfortable. There were several cabinets inside that had broken cabinet doors. The pool and hot tub were not very clean when we arrived. There was algae on the sides of the pool and spa with somewhat cloudy water. The outdoor furniture was pretty dusty (likely from high winds in the Palm Springs area nightly), so we had to clean the patio furniture before using. Fortunately the owner was responsive in getting a pool person to clean and treat the pools so after about 3 days into our 7 day stay, the pool was cleaned and the water was clear with the proper salt levels. The spa temperature never became any warmer than a cool bath, which was disappointing. We would stay there again, but would call ahead to the owner to make sure that the pool and spa were effectively serviced and maintained ahead of our stay. Lesson learned.

Great Location & Host
Had a great time. Backyard was perfect for a quiet girls getaway for a week. Kitchen is large and had everything to supplement what we forgot. Small concern with jacuzzi was promptly addressed. Host was great about moving dates due to Covid. Would 100% stay again.

Quick synopsis
Nice quiet neighborhood, well stocked, great game room, large master bedroom and bath. Albertson's nearby. Only minuses were, only 2 chaise lounges, poor lighting in extra bedrooms, broken dvd player, tv controls were tricky to master, pool controls also tricky and pool pump and heater very noisy. Aside from these issues it is a nice unit and you will likely be satisfied with your stay.

Friends gathering in Palm Desert
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathy's home. There was plenty of entertainment...with the beautiful pool, the pool table, etc. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location is very convenient, a .6 mile walk to Ralph's. The location is central to exploring the Palm Springs area. A highlight was a bird walk at the adjacent Desert Willow area with a volunteer group: Friends of the Desert Mountains. Kathy was very responsive when we had small things that we needed help with .

Fantastic winter getaway
We wanted to escape the Midwestern cold and snow, and we had such a great stay. The property is comfortable and well equipped, and the landscaping and plantings are beautiful. We spent the week lounging in the pool and hot tub, and unfortunately it flew by too quickly. Kathy was quick to respond to our questions. We loved it and would not hesitate to book again next time.

This place is wonderful. It is very well stocked and the set up is comfortable and very well thought through. Fast internet, good bandwidth. Beautiful and fun pool and hot tub. Great vacation in Palm Desert!
We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s house. The place was immaculately clean and had many nice amenities. The kitchen was the most thoroughly outfitted of any where we have stayed, which made preparing meals a breeze. We also enjoyed using the grill! Pool was beautiful and we loved getting in the hot tub every evening. The neighborhood was quiet but also conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, a wonderful winter escape for our family!

Convenient and Comfortable
A lovely property which was more room than we needed but enjoyed it all. Loved relaxing in the backyard as it was private and well manicured. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with good access to main roads. Looks exactly like the photos!

Everything You Need
This is a wonderful place to rent. Beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. Inside the house, the games room leaves you with lots to do when not in the sun. Kathy the owner is excellent to deal with if you have any questions or concerns. We hope to stay at this home again!
