Dirty rooms, the staff especially the lady at check in completely clueless not liking anything. Mosquitos & cockroaches everywhere. I bought a spray to try to kill everything and the next morning I found even more bugs laying around. The location it’s ok next to airport. No WiFi available

Stayed here one night for an early flight the staff were so accommodating letting us check out at 4:30am and in at 10:30pm, the bed was so comfortable and it was quiet so slept like a baby! room was clean, quiet area, water towels shower gel etc all we needed in the room! Does the job for the night and worth the price

Convenient from the airport

Never available for transport from the airport. The “checkin” person is not polite. Bed was like sleeping on the floor with a 1 inch foam mattress.

The hotel is close to the airport and nearby shops. The room was basic but clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The aircon was fantastic and the room stayed quite dark. We slept well, it was quiet. Only there for one night.

Check in was a little confusing, the reception wasn't aware we were in the hotel the next day. They then cancelled us (while we were there) and it had to be rebooked to pay etc.

Pool was clean, reception was open all the time, and there was no problem getting to the airport at 5 am by taxi (it took about 10minutes). Price was ok. Mattress comfortable. There are two grocery shops nearby and a machine for drinking water.

There was an old moldy coffee cup in our room that smelled really bad. The AC was good but loud. Pillows to big and high for me. Tv did not work.

Personnel peu aimable, nous sommes arrives peu après minuit car un retard d’avion, nous avons contacté plusieurs fois l’établissement par la messagerie booking sans aucune reponse A l’arrivée, un quartier effet « coupe gorge » qui ne présageait rien de bon. L’hotesse dormais dans l’accueil et nous a demandé 1000 baths supplémentaires par personne alors que nous avions tout réglé par booking. Apres quelques minutes elle me montre son téléphone « vous voyez bien que ce n’est pas le bon moment, si vous voulez un hotel allez ailleurs » Nous avons finalement du dormir dans l’aeroport sur les sieges de la salle d’attente !!!

The lady was rude and asked for money despite me having my booking ...when I told it is confirmed by booking.com she refused to give me room at 2.30 am in the morning ...I had to search for 2 hours to get another accommodation

This is not a place to ever go and stay ... The lady was very very rude and greedy..... She has no heart.... I told her I have luggage and very tired but to no avail ..... Pls do not visit this property especially if you have early morning or very late check in

Номер просторный. Расположение хорошее - 10 минут до аэропорта, рядом ночной рынок, 7-eleven, Lotus. Отзывчивый персонал. Отель предоставляет трансфер в аэропорт по хорошей цене.

Заказывали номер с двумя раздельными кроватями, предоставили с одной. Постельное синтетика, некомфортно спать. От подушек неприятный запах, пришлось обойтись без них. При входе в отель предполагается снимать обувь, но в коридоре до номера очень грязно, приходилось постоянно менять и выбрасывать носки.

The staff were very rude. We called to follow up on the booking, and staff rudely said "No English" and cut the call. We thought ok fine, that was odd but not a big deal. We got there and the staff was quite blunt and dismissive. We finally got into the room where we noticed the sheets were stained and had hair, almost looking like it hadn't been swapped. So my partner went to ask if they could change the sheets with new ones. The staff responded with "Take your money and get out". And so we did. Never experienced such rude staff before. Don't recommend at all. Yes it's cheap but it's not worth the experience. Pay a few more baht and go across the street. They offer similar prices and much kinder staff plus cleaner rooms.

Es war alles super unkompliziert. Wir waren eine Nacht dort weil wir abends am Flughafen ankamen und am nächsten morgen früh weiter mussten. Es ist ca. 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Taxifahrt dort hin kostet 150 BHT. Für die Rückfahrt hat uns die Unterkunft ein Taxi nachts um 4 für organisiert.

Hotel vicinissimo all aeroporto (4km in macchina 15a piedi), camere pulite e grandi,servizi da bagno,lavatrici, navetta 150bath per l aereoporto, nelle vicinanze ottimo mercatino e qualche ristorantino aperto per cenare(ottimo per uno scalo)

Host = 0!! The host is the unfriendliest person we have ever met at the reception of a hotel. She sighed multiple times, had such a rude behaviour (she even put my dad out of the reception when he was just bringing the family’s passports). We had no response to our hello’s, thanks you’s etc. We stayed there before leaving Bangkok early the next morning and this woman at the reception gave us such a bad last impression that is not at all reflecting how the other people we met usually are there. An advise to her if she ever reads this: please, change job if you’re unhappy to greet customers. Bedsheets in one of the two rooms we booked were smelly, there was dust on the desk, desk chair and “sofa”. WiFi was only working for one person per room, “login already used” for the other. Bathroom was not clean, there were some small insects and even a worm in the shower. There was an alarm ringing in the hallway for the whole night but, as expected, the host did not do anything about it.

NICHTS!!! Warnung vor dieser Unterkunft!

Wir hatten über Booking.com gebucht. Beim Einchecken brachte uns ein Mann zu unserem Zimmer. Er sprach kein Wort Englisch. Kein Einchecken! Am nächsten Morgen knöpfte uns die Dame 500 Baht statt der 459 Baht, wie bei Booking.com vereinbart, ab. Im Nachgang erhielten wir eine Nachricht von Booking.com, dass die Unterkunft gemeldet hätte, wir wären nicht angereist. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Bild von dem schrecklichen Zimmer gemacht. Booking.com hat das für uns geklärt, womit wir sehr glücklich waren. Die Menschen dort sind sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig, die Betten ebenso. Man kommt sich total abgezockt vor!

Wir waren dort zur Durchreise. Am nächsten Morgen ging es nach Koh Samui. Dafür sind die Apartments bestens geeignet.

Man ist dort in einer Gegend nahe des Flughafens. Große Ausflüge sind nicht möglich, aber es gibt einen Seven Eleven in der Nähe und auch Möglichkeiten zum Essen.

llegamos de madrugada después de un largo vuelo y teníamos solo 3 horas para estirar las piernas , el personal no hablaba apenas inglés , y no queríamos discutir , pero no nos adjudicaron una habitación como la de las fotos , que tenía buena pinta , nos metieron en un edificio en frente del que habíamos reservado y mucho más básico , no entendemos por qué , y como digo era muy difícil hacerse entender y solo queríamos dormir dos horas antes de nuestro siguiente vuelo

Wir waren nur für ein paar Stunden zwischen unseren Abflügen dort zum duschen und ein paar Stunden schlafen. Dafür ist in Ordnung, als richtige Unterkunft würde ich es allerdings nicht wählen.

Der Pool befindet sich mehr oder weniger auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.

Good location for overnight stay near the airport, good value for money, very cute kitten

Unfortunately we had a very weird experience with this hotel. We arrived late in the night - i have specially informed the hotel about our time of arrival and mentioned the approximate time. When we arrived the owner first took money for the room and then let us wait a half an hour on the bench near the hotel. We were waiting but nothing happened, the owner slept. When i came to her again and asked for a key and the room, she gave me money back (not the whole amount - ))) ) and said, there were no rooms available, because it was too late... When i asked, what should we do at 04 30 am in the street, she answered, we had to look for another hotel.... So, making a conclusion: we would`t definitely recommend to choose this hotel, especially if you arrive late in the night, it can occur, that you just stay in the street and have to find another one shortly for taking rest...
