We totally enjoyed this space! Two en-suite king rooms with full kitchen and plenty of seating in main area. Everything we needed. Let action totally works for us. Very responsive hosts and good communication.

The property is modern, clean and convenient to restaurants, CVS, and a grocery store. The property Owners were very nice and checked in on us. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here when visiting the area.

This was my 4th trip to NOLA, a first with family, contrasting with previous business visits. After careful consideration, we chose this rental, which exceeded the expectations set by its listing. Upon arrival, the welcoming & comfortable ambiance struck us, making it feel instantly like a second home.
The rental is spacious, clean, & well-decorated, combining aesthetics with comfort. It felt like staying in an attractive high-end condo, with ample living space, a well-equipped kitchen, & sizable bedrooms and bathrooms.
Its location is ideal, offering easy access to New Orleans' main attractions. The neighborhood is full of great dining options & is conveniently close to the FQ & Warehouse District, with a streetcar to the Garden District & essential stores nearby (if you forget anything or need supplies, its a quick walk down the block). One evening, we enjoyed a relaxing dinner at the bistro downstairs, a testament to the convenience and charm of our location. Also, with so many great restaurants around, the kitchen came in very handy for bringing home leftovers - which we did for a few nights. Brittanie, our host, was attentive, enhancing our stay with her hospitality & local tips.
I’ve stayed in the hotel chains here & also in classics in the FQ such as the Monteleone. Compared to previous accommodations, this rental stood out for its quiet yet central location, offering a comfortable & convenient base for exploring the city & away from the noise and crowds of the FQ.

Nice location in the warehouse district walkable to French quarter but nice and quiet to return to. Also Warehouse district has some nice restaurants. Place was very clean comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Only oddity was little natural light but not an issue with all the time visiting NOLA

We took our daughter to Mardi Gras for her 21’st birthday. The house was amazing. The location was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The host was super responsive and answered any questions we had. We had the most wonderful week. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed to cook and clean while there. There was even makeup wipes and towels, extra tooth brush’s and travel toothpaste and mouth wash. This came in handy when my daughter dropped her toothbrush on the floor. Over all we would decently stay here again or another one of their properties.

Beautiful condo/unit situated in a great location. All amenities were modern. We walked everywhere due to its location. This included restaurants, coffee shops, the World War 2 museum and the Superdome. Loved it.

My family Had an awesome time at this beautifully appointed condo. It was the perfect location for the family to gather before heading out to dinner engagements and football! I LOVE this location because I LOVE ROUSES grocery store which is VERY conveniently located. Cross the street and BAM! Best grocery store around with really solid options. I wish I could keep this place for just me when Simon town, that’s how much Inloved it! Thank you for sharing this gem!

We very much enjoyed everything about this condo. It is a new condo in the warehouse district of New Orleans. It was exactly as portrayed with a great kitchen, living room, and nicely appointed bedrooms. We found the location to be very convenient, safe, close to the streetcar line, easy access to the French Quarter, several nice restaurants in the area. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We would stay there again if we returned to New Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and easy 15-20 minute walk into the French Quarter. The vrbo is nicely decorated. Great to have the Baronne Cafe/Bar next door. Our host Brittanie was excellent to communicate with from the beginning of the booking process until we departed. We highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this condo. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The owners were so easy to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely choose to stay here next time we are in New Orleans.

Due to a friend's advice we choosed to stay in an apartment not located in the French Quarter.
For us it was the best decision. The apartment is a very clean, amazingly decorated and very well-equipped place to stay. A grocery store, a pharmacy and a couple of nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood offer great breakfast and drinks.
The way to the French Quarter is just a 20-minute walk. In addition, there are the streetcars around the corner to get to other places around the city.
The communication with Britannie was awesome and she provided us with a lot of recommendations. Thanks for the possibility to stay at that lovely place. For the future: If we will do another trip to New Orleans, we would stay there again. Silke and family

My husband, son, and I stayed in this lovely condo while visiting New Orleans to attend our older son's graduation from Tulane Law School. Brittanie could not have been a better host. The condo was amazing and located in an area that was easy to get around the city. Brittanie and her husband sent us all the information we needed for parking and places to visit around New Orleans. We will stay here on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fabulous. Easy access to downtown and the French Quarter - a block from the streetcar on St. Charles and Carondelet Street. Lots of excellent restaurants and markets in the neighborhood.The unit was spotless and well equipped and communication with the owner was excellent.

We had a wonderful time in New Orleans and our condo was even better than explained. Communication was fabulous and so helpful. This place will mot disappoint. We loved the area and there is a grocery store right down the street. Beds were awesome! Attention to detail was spot on and so appreciated

Brittanie & Gerard Condo is Amazing it's more than the pictures can do.
Great Location easy to walk to the French Quarter, Convention Center and Super Dome. Easy ride share pick up and a short walk to the street car.
The convenience of a grocery store and cvs a short 1/2 block away.
Restaurants: so many in walking distance
We Really Enjoyed our stay and will rebook with Brittanie again.
She texted me multi times during our trip to see how everything was going and if we needed anything.
Having water and a charcuterie board was a Nice after a long day of travel.

Wow! Just wow! I booked this property for myself and my husband plus another couple who checked in before we arrived. I got major kudos for booking this place
they said. When we arrived, the property was beyond my expectations and I have booked a lot of VRBOs before. Everything was clean and chic yet just enough decorative objects to give it some character. Beds were comfy and bedrooms are windowless which makes for perfect sleep environment. We ate out so we didn’t use the kitchen much. An upscale grocery store is half a block away so we bought our alcohol and snacks there. We usually stay in the French Quarter but our friend’s wanted to go to the WWII museum which was closer to this location rather than the FQ. I had forgotten how raucous Bourbon St. can be so I was glad we slept in a much quieter are of NOLA. Brittanie was a gracious host; very responsive. Everyone in our group agreed that we would rebook this property again.

Excellent communication before check-in, very responsive and helpful. Lovely well maintained condo, roomy and comfortable. Nice amenities, well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient to the hop on hop off bus as well as a wonderful market one block away. We stayed with another couple, all of us in our 70s, so the elevator was a plus! We all agree it is a great place.

The condo was incredibly decorated and well maintained. Communication with owner/manager was excellent. We were even provided with a LONG list of recommendations prior to arrival to help us plan and make dining reservations.

We loved the spacious condo and the location was very convenient with a grocery store and a CVS on the corner of Baronne St. We were able to walk to Canal Street or take the Trolley each day of our adventure. The owners provided great restaurant reviews which we loved during our visit! We will be back in the very near future! 5 ⭐️

Loved the location! The property is also gorgeous- stunning lighting and updated appliances. Toiletries provided and a charcuterie plate was there fore us when we arrived! It was so easy to communicate with the owners, and you could tell they cared about making even the smallest details enjoyable during our time in New Orleans. Cannot recommend enough!

The property is exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Grocery store at the end of the block is convenient. Area is quiet. We felt comfortable walking. Quick ride share pickup times. Easy checkout. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet Getaway - Easy Lyft Ride Away
This apartment was very quiet and comfortable. We both slept very soundly in the large, comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive and even sent over someone to vacuum when I accidentally broke a glass! We didn't really explore the neighborhood, but there was a conveniently located grocery store (Rouse's) and CVS where we picked up a few things. For the most part, we just took Lyft rides, which were very quick to get to the French Quarter or down towards the riverfront. Checkout was a breeze - so many property owners leave guests a laundry list of chores which can be a problem if you have an early flight, but the owners confirmed that there were no chores to be done. The apartment was very quiet - I almost never heard any neighbors or street noise. There is a nice elevator to get up to the second floor.
