Great food, very attentive to our needs, staff was very helpful

Walls were so thin I heard people come in at 2:00 am, their voices woke us up. Early morning work, hammering on equipment woke us up. Our last day the shower didn’t work.

Very unique property and large comfortable rooms with lots of light and colour. Helpful staff. Got our laundry done! Very nice food at breakfast and dinner

A taxi ride into town which we knew but it is nice to be walkable. Only guests on 2 nights so a little too quiet! Would have been nice to have the lunch menu available in evening too as a bit lighter.

The hotel is still in constructions. I arrived to a room that was full with hair (not mine of course). In the bathroom and when I took off the blanket, more hair was waiting for me. My room was in the ground floor (there is only ground floor and 1st floor). One window was a headed to the public space, and the other window was headed to a passage in the garden that was higher than the room. Therefore, everyone that pass by could see everything in the room. I am not a shay person, but the sensation that everyone that pass by have a full vicinity to the room is far from being a nice sensation. On top, the service was ridiculous and annoying. One need to committee to a certain time of breakfast and if you are late they come to your room, knock your door and ask you to head for breakfast…?! Furthermore, although I stayed at ‘winter’ time, the room was extremely hot (due to the unique architecture that capture the heat of the day. And when window is opened, a stream of mosquitoes get into the warm and lighted room as there is both forest and standing water in the vicinity to the hotel.

Great staff and and a truly unique stay! The on site restaurant was great as well.

Our bathroom sink was leaking upon arrival, but the staff repaired it as soon as we notified them.

Such a unique sight to behold! Loved staying at a property where the creative energies ran wild. Also, I did not expect the food to be soooo tasty at the restaurant, my best friend and I still can't get over the bread we had for breakfast at Wifala.

Some plumbing fixtures such as the faucet need to be tightened. The towels were also a bit worn out. While these issues did not take away from the overall experience, addressing them will take Wifala to the next level.

my credit card did not work, luckily I was travelling with a friend and it has work for her I tried 2 different ones but their machine kept a saying “no connection” it a hard access place and you gonna need to pay extra for parking

The architecture caught my eye, but the beautifulness is beyond the pictures. The restaurants food was very good and their was a sense of home in the environment.

This hotel blows your mind when you walk in. Its' crazy design is like from outer space, so cool, perfect for your instagram if you have one. It's perfect to be halfway to Machu Picchu and Cusco to be explore the local area, the salt fields and terraces in particular. Lots to see, and the food was super exceptional, which I really did not expect. Do make a point of eating in for breakfast and dinner. They kindly organised a taxi for the day costing 70 soles, approx £20, to visit everywhere, so cheap.
