The owner was polite and professional. I have no issues with the owner. The room just did not satisfy the needs of our family.

The room simply did not meet our expectations, so we decided to book a family suite and stay at the Sunway Resort. When we booked Resort Suites @ Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon, we were unaware of what we were booking. The room was adequate for a short term stay for a family on a budget. This is not what we were looking for. I would recommend this room to a family looking to take advantages of the resort facilities who have budgetary constraints. The location is great but the presentation and facilities within the space are not going to be appreciated by all. If budget is less of a concern, I highly recommend the family fun suite at Sunway Resort.
