Location and size of the apartment

It wasn’t clean, some amenities were dated. Pictures slightly differed and bathrooms need an update. Too much leaks and poor shower

facility, the security guy that was on night duty was the most kind person ever. Rooms. the view, it is a peaceful environment. beds we so comfortable.

couches were for outdoor furniture, the trows and cushion on sofas at the lounge were smelling beer.

I loved everything about the apartment and it's location, exactly as advertised and clean. I enjoyed the balcony view , all was almost perfect. Great value for money, kitchen is full functioning, the is WiFi , Netflix and DStv, also listened to music with great connection. It felt like home away from home. The staff was nice and welcoming, they were helpful when we had a short power outage . Everything is close to this location and it's safe . We had a lot of things to carry and they had a trolley from the basement to our apartment. The place has working elevators which is great coz apartment is on 9th floor.

Door handles on some of the rooms are damaged and need repair, as well as some windows are cracked or not opening properly. Minor repairs in the kitchen as well . Other than that all is good .

All the door handles were either broken or on the verge of breaking. We had to request spoons. The kitchen had a bit of a offish smell.

Location was great.

The place is a mess. The apartment is falling apart. It is dirty and full of cockroaches. The linen is dirty. The bathrooms are permanently dirty. The lounge area extremely uncomfortable. Booking.com should remove this place as it is false advertising

I absolutely loved the location, the house was as advertised, nothing was different. The bedrooms and the lounge looked so amazing as well as the bedding was good. Everything in the kitchen was functional

The toilet was not functional, water kept coming out,. Please get a plumber. Its only the toilet outside not the ensuite

It would have been a very nice experience if there was electricity as the apartment was very beautiful and had an amazing view.

Unit 904 at The Point on Timberball: We have had the most horrible experience due to having no electricity the entire night and the next morning till we checked out, we did not have hot water to shower with nor did we have electricity to charge our phones which rusulted in us not being able to depart as planed because I had to look for a place to charge my phones nor did we have any emergency lights in the apartment, the children were too scared to use the bathrooms or move around the apartment as our phones (to use the torch) were dead and it was completely dark. We were not able to warm up our food. There was a pool of water by the fridge as it had defrosted, and my baby boy slipped due to the darkness. Our goods had been destroyed due to the fridge no electricity the entire night.We were in a new place and there was no lights which made us feel extremely insecure, the apartment did not have any back up emergency lighting or even candles so we were in complete darkness. It was truly a night of torture for us. My children did not even have any source of entertainment. At this point, I should have been provided with alternate accommodation as a bare minimum.My family is truly disappointed in the manner we have been served. I had paid the full price and did not receive what I had paid for. I strongly feel that I should be re-embersed. I recommend that something should be done about emergency lighting and emergency sockets.

No Instructions of where to find the keys The securities around the complex was uninformed Nobody could tell me where to find this place. Badly situated The security was not helpful The person who eventually called was also not helpfully I wont use the place again nor would I recommend it
