The check in process was troublesome. No proper instructions given for check in. Have to call the in charge person many times.

the mattress is very dirty cause you can see some stains. the property is a studio that consist one queen size bed and two single bed . If anyone who want more privacy, is not suitable to book this condo. The security in the counter are very rude and fierce. Is was a very unpleasant experience. if anyone who have a car need to reconsider to book this property.

I never get check in, because dealer say got electrical problem from the house. I just want my money back. Total RM363.12 +RM200 deposit all RM563.12.

Small, location too far from city, and MANAGEMENT DIDNT REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT EVEN AFTER 2 DAYS

the room seems like not really under the maintenance.

the staff attitude was as poos as they can and they charged for cleaning fee but they didn’t do for the cleaning, and for deposit refund they need taken for three days to done, it’s really surprised me.
