The staff was excellent, especially the kitchen staff and chefs preparing low sodium food for me. Priceless!

It can’t be changed, but the room was just small. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Nu as avea nimic sa zic ca mi-a placut la acest hotel.Doar pozitia hotelului ca e aproape de Opera.

Camera este foarte mica.Baia e exagerat de mica. Patul dublu de fapt sunt doua paturi de o persoana lipite cu ceva topper.Total inconfortabil.Nu exista frigider in camera.Nu a functionat caldura.Cina nu merita platita.Mancarea a fost foarte proasta, ca de cantina.Mirosul de la bucatarie se simte puternic in sala unde se ia masa.Ce m-a dezamagit total a fost receptionerul care a fost foarte ostil si neprimitor.Nu ne-a oferit informatiile reale despre parcare desi le-am solicitat.Ne-a dat o adresa unde sa parcam masina.Dimineata ne-am trezit cu plata de 1776 nok, adica 762 ron, o suma exagerata.Cand am cerut lamuriri la.receptie, receptionera ne-a explicatt care era procedura pentru parcare.Clientii hotelului au 40% reducere.Deci mare atentie la parcare!

Totul. Începând de la recepționerul Ursus și morocănos care nu oferă informatii despre facilitățile hoteluri și nu oferă informații suficiente despre parcarea cu care hotelul are contract, ajungând să plătești parcarea mai scump decât cazarea.ATENTIE LA PARCARE.

Sehr gutes Zimmer, top Lage, nettes Personal.

Das Halbpension-Abendessen-Buffet ist nicht so toll. Der kleine Speisebereich ist dann extrem überfüllt, das Speiseangebot knapp und die servierten Gerichte bald von etlichen Gästen gar zu arg zerrupft. Nicht schön!

Es war im Speiseraum zu kalt. Man musste eine Jacke überziehen, da wir im Winter in Oslo waren.

The breakfast buffet was extensive with a very wide choice of options. With fika (late afternoon cake) and dinner provided as well, we didn't really need to eat outside of the hotel.

Mattresses were on the soft side and the bathroom was quite small, everything got very wet whenever anyone had a shower.

Great location near the station and the opera house, kind staff, excellent breakfast.

Poor dinner. A lot of vegetables but just one main hot meal. I was expecting fish as well being in Norway.

it’s close to the center

One frontdesk member was not really fruendy nor helpful, but accusing and finding excuses for not taking into consideration important information about food allergies given 2 minths before, never seen such an anti-customer attitude. After proving I was right that I gave the info beforehand, things improved as well compensated by the kindness and best possible care to help by ( I guess Filipino staff as this kind of unconditional warm-hearted friendliness, will to help and warmth us unique and what made the trip to the Philippines so unique years ago) other staff members compensated for thus issue that was unpleasant after 4h of drive in tough weather conditions after a night on a ferry on rough see with a pregnant woman in the group. Kudos to these staff members who compensated the first bad exhausting experience!

Everything was within walking distance. The staff was super helpful, the food was fab, the breakfast was well above average - eggs bacon, pancakes, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, veg, smoked salmon, pickle herring, the list just goes on. The evening meal was good - one main, soup and a wide salad selection, for us it was perfect. May not be so good if you are vegetarian or vegan.

The breakfast and dinner options were different each day and really tasty considering they were included in the price. Rooms are a decent size and the hotel is walkable from everywhere central. Free tea/coffee throughout the day is a nice touch. Staff were helpful. For the price and fact Norway is really expensive, this is a great option! Would definitely stay again.

Small thing, but no conditioner or moisturiser in the rooms. The mattresses are also quite soft so l, although they are comfortable, might not suit everyone.

Just location and breakfast was good.

Very old style room. Old beds. And noise from the street. No parking around, in few streets up there was a parking with cost larger than 1 day car rent.

Super breakfast. But unique: dinner too!
