Nie było nic takiego, nie podobało to dużo powiedziane, jeśli miałabym wskazać obszar do poprawy to może różnorodność bufetu śniadaniowego. Tylko tyle.

Excellent service. Beds were very confortable. Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the metro and train stations. Very complete breakfast. Exceptional cleaning. The attention to store the luggage, on the last day, was nice. Very friendly staff.

Room quite from inside but despite the triple glazing , some noises from the street were still audible. Lifts were very quick. Cooked breakfast good & plenty of it. Area seems to be a safe environment. Toaster worked !! Comfortable bed. Shower OK with soap at a decent height. Good location near the station & then only 25 minutes to Paddington.
Noise from street - sirens / horns / motor cycles - But generally OK during the night. Lack of continental breakfast - ham /cheese / jam if I'd wanted it. Didn't like the notice in the lifts about queuing for breakfast at certain times. If this is a problem , hotel must respond to it. Had I gone down for breakfast & found I had to Q for a lengthy period - this would have been a game changer. Room was serviced after night 1 , not after 2 , serviced after 3 . I don't mind either way but would have liked to know ( Get tea/sugar to replenish room) Hotel Brochure ?? Bath better than shower. However all these niggles are relatively minor ! Avoid trains into London before 9.15 otherwise "sardines"

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from and lots of everything . I had forgotten my toothbrush and the hotel provided me with one and a little toothpaste 💖

Great location for visiting Abba voyage only a 10 minute walk to the venue and a ten minute walk from Stratford station where you could hop on the underground to other attractions. We went to the British museum on the Elizabeth line about 5 stops from Stratford. Breakfast was great plenty of choice, full English, cereals, yoghurt, pancakes croissants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel z korzystna lokalizacja - 8min do stacji metra. Cicha, raczej spokojna okolica. Personel miły i bardzo pomocny. Pokoje przestronne czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Bardzo polecamy.

Mile zaskoczona byłam czystością i ogromnym, wygodnym łóżkiem. Niby nic, ale po całym dniu zwiedzania...:). Bardzo cichutko. W pokoju wszystko co potrzeba: ręczniki, czajnik i kawa i herbata, suszarka do włosów, kosmetyki, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Super!!! Śniadanie hotelowe, codziennie to samo, ale było sporo rzeczy do wyboru i wszystko uzupełniane szybko i na bieżąco. Jajecznica, naleśniki, fasolka, tosty, ale i cruasanty i babeczki. Plus za świeże owoce. Spoko lokalizacja, bo w miarę blisko metra.

Un parking à disposition sur place (avec supplément). Sans réservation mais nous avons eu notre place sans souci.
Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffet assez varié. Large choix en salé, plus réduit en sucré.
Les chambres sont confortables et assez spacieuses malgré le canapé-lit ouvert pour notre fils de 17 ans. Il avait un grand lit à sa disposition. Très calme pour notre chambre.
un repas à l'hôtel : angus beef burger et frites. Excellent, une très bonne surprise ! Les frites étaient franchement les meilleures mangées hors de Belgique ;-)

Location was ok not too far walk from Westfield Stratford City or Stratford tube. Room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job.
Room was not ready at check-in time was asked to wait half an hour.

Dejligt værelse, meget roligt på trods af beliggenheden på en trafikeret vej. Komfortable senge. Super morgenbuffet med bl. a. rigtig engelsk morgenmad.
Lidt mere plads ved morgenmadsbuffetten. Kaffemaskinerne virkede kun sporadisk.

5 minutes from the underground centre and a big shopping centre.
The rooms have no closet. None what so ever. So the place isn’t comfortable for a family for more than one night.
The food is mundane- no vegetables, no variety- same food every day and the omelette tasted like
powder.
The location is near nothing - there’s no night life around. Looks like a worker’s suburban - doesn’t feel touristique..

The hotel was great. Modern, comfortable, well equipped, clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
The car park. 1) we couldn’t reserve a space (but luckily there was one). 2) one of us had to jump out of the car and queue at reception to ask them to open the gates. 3) the spaces are very small. 4) our car was completely covered in bird’s mess when we returned the following morning so it cost us an extra £15 to get it cleaned on top of the £20 to park. The hotel was good. Think twice before trying to park there though!

Perfect room, comfy, quiet clean. Excellent location, nice breakfast. Carpet in hallways good to keep noise down from other residents in hallway walking past.
Only 1 tea bag in the room but easy enough to ask for more at the bar.
