The place was so nice and peaceful. It was a good place to relax and enjoy family bonding.

Baths are old and demanding repair. There was no coffee machine. Air conditioning in one room was not enough.

Excellent Manager on site, very professional, polite and friendly. A real credit to the owners. Check in was smooth and the Manager allowed us to unpack our car and the children, settle into the villa before completing all the needed check in paperwork and provide ID etc. This was really appreciated after a 6 hour car journey and “staving” children. The location is ideal for accessing the shopping mall and various surrounding local attractions including accessing the Palm. Parking is fabulous, 2 cars can easily fit in the garage and you can easily unload the car into the villa. The pool is a good size and the children’s section is ideal for young ones, though shade required.

This complex requires the owners to inject a large amount of cash and to update the villas and the surrounding courtyard. Clearly this has not been done for a good number of years. The villa was extremely outdated, requiring a lick of paint – there was a hand print on the ceiling in the front room. The bathrooms need regrouting in places. The drains in the showers and the kitchen downstairs need addressing as drainage is slow. Some shades around the pool need replacing as ripped. Shade over the pool also required. The playground area needs replacing as it is old and tired. I would not return, as the cost is too high for what you are getting.

I liked the pool area and the view from the room on the garden and pool. The breakfast was very good and enough for everyone. The staff are friendly and polite.

Mostly are good, but it’s not suitable for people of determination(wheelchairs). It has a small stair on the entrance plus all the rooms are on the second floor without elevator.

Excellent escape to relax in Dubai

I had a call before Check-in in time to say the villa was ready. Check-in with Mr Skander was seamless and he was extremely professional, helpful and personable. Any requests were actioned immediately. The villa very comfortable, beautiful and well kept. Ralph, the waiter, was pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend it for a peaceful break. It's within walking distance to the Mall of Emirates and other shops. A lovely place to stay.

It would have been great if the pool was a bit warmer. The location was very convenient but the call to prayer was very loud during the night. We would have liked to eat in the restaurant for a change of scene. Eating in the villa wasn't so bad. Check out could have been quicker.
