Missed breakfast

The place had a very homey feel to it and very comfortable atmosphere.

I loved the tile in the lobby, with a welcoming homelike environment. I liked that the pool was indoor very clean and somewhat deep. The pond was beautiful, we enjoyed watching the fish swim. I appreciated the pleasant smell in the room, and peace and quiet, and beautiful view out the window Thank you it was very good for a good price

The bathroom was a little small. There was not enough artificial light the window had to be open for enough light. There were no towels in the pool area, but the sign asked us not to leave the pool soaked.

I always love staying here. Breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable. Always feel very warm and inviting.

Lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Not sure how this hotel gets such great reviews. Pool and hot tub were closed and nasty green. floors were not vacuumed at any time during my stay. Same "huge hairy bug" (which upon closer inspection turned out to be a big false eyelash) stayed in hallway entire time. Decor outdated, walls need fixing in spots and painted. Only 1 ice machine for 3 floors and it was in a dirty, nasty laundry room. Room could have been cleaner and plastic glasses had not been replaced . Front desk staff was nice enough but seemed to rest and talk a lot.... I felt maybe they could have better used their time cleaning the dirty elevator. Breakfast was not great...I think eggs were powdered. No fresh fruit. Pastries were prepackaged junk food. Nothing very fresh. Noisy guests and on Friday night there was a couple of suspect groups of people there apparently to party.... but it was New Years Eve Eve.... so maybe that is a thing in Georgia.

I didn't get to eat breafast! My husband had to be at the hospital at 6:30 for surgery! I was very pleased with the staff which was very friendly and helpful! We will stay there again!!
