Nice hotel with average facilities. Bed was comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Location is good but you need a car to travel anywhere.

Price expensive for the accommodation

The property is very clean, the staffs are accommodating and friendly. Pool is big. Breakfast has lots of options comparatibly and delicious as well. Hotel management gave us a complimentary on our anniversary Free of Charge, overall. We are so so happy on our visit.

لا شي وغير راضي على التعامل من قبل موظفين الفندق.

1- لا يوجد ترحيب من قِبل موظف الاستقبال. 2 - خدمة صف السيارات سيئة و المواقف الارضية ضيقة جدا خاصة للسيارت العائلية والدفع الرباعي مثل نيسان باترول او لاندكروزر . لا انصح بصف السيارة بالمواقف السرداب. 3- طلبت زيادة عدد عبوتين ماء 500 مل ولم يحضر لي. 4- الانتظار طويلا عند الاتصال وعدم الرد على الاتصال من الفندق واغلاق الخط بوجه المتصل. والاتصال اكثر من 5 مرات حتى يتم الرد على مكالمتي. 5- مدير الفندق لم يتعب نفسه في ارضائي و كثير التأسف مقابل القيمة المدفوعه للفندق. سيء جدا

the behavior of the security director and some of the staff wasn’t professional and disrespectful for us.

I liked almost everything about this property! The breakfast was delicious with high quality cheeses and a very big range of foods. It was so clean! The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating! The bed was very comfortable and there was a small playground for the children next to the swimming pool. There's also a play area in the mall - it's a little bit pricey but nice for summer when it's too hot to play outside. The lulu center had everything we needed and more!

There wasn't much of a view, but it didn't really matter to me.

الفندق جميل ، ومناسب للعوائل ، موظفين متعاونين ، غرف مريحه ، افطار متنوع . أبوليان 🕊

فقط الزحمه في الفندق ، ولكن لا تعد مشكله.

Staff were friendly, helpful and always pleased to help or assist.The room was large, well equipped and clean, nice comfortable bed and excellent range if tv channels.Room service dining was particularly good and very reasonably priced.Good location with direct interior access to a mall with further dining choices, a supermarket and,a good range of retail outlets.The spa was good, a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna plus other services such as a morrocan bath room and more

Everything was fine

The positive attitude at the reception counter and the helpful staff there including Evia who was at the reception From the bell boy to the front office manager , everybody was cooperative and helpful Was a pleasant stay with family

I didn't like that you set the AC temperature on 21 while we prefer to sleep in a very cold room 🙄😁
