Great location to restaurants and downtown. All walking distance. Park was walking distance for our granddaughters as well. Owner was very helpful and eager to get whatever we needed.

What an excellent location to be staying during the wedding weekend of our youngest son! We hosted a beautiful rehearsal dinner at The Greenhouse (a very short walk away). This house was well supplied with everything we needed and the Denton square was enjoyable to visit as well as a beautiful city pool close by. The house was clean and provided wonderful spaces (screened in back porch, nice dining and living area as well as beautiful front porch) to visit with family and friends who dropped by for coffee the day after the wedding. The host was very available and welcomed us with messages about possible early Checkin and a few other things! He was available for questions in a timely manner. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

House is larger than photos show. Everything was clean. Extra towels and linen were provided. Snacks were left in the kitchen. Smart TVs left many viewing options. We had seven in the house. Kitchen had appropriate utensils and plates and silver. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We will not be coming back to Texas (this was for a wedding), but if we did, we'd stay here again.

This property was a great place for us to call home for a week during Spring Break. The owner provided very prompt responses. We hope to stay here again next year!

We were in town for my daughters wedding with 8 adults and we were worried it wasn’t big enough but it fit all of us fine. We had a great time and the location is very close to the square and all the restaurants and bars are within walking distance. John was a very friendly and gracious host and we would definitely stay there again.

really lovely character filled house very clean, easy to live in and comfortable as we are British we could have had use of a kettle but a pan of water was just fine, and when this is the only thing you missed it showed the quality of the house, fab few days away and just what we needed for our family wedding

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! The front porch in the mornings and evenings reminded me of time spent on my grandparents similar porch. My family loved walking to the square and food trucks and drafthouse. Great location!

Everything was easy and communication was great!

This lovely home in Denton met our needs perfectly. We had six adults in our group. Everyone had a comfortable bed and two bathrooms made the stay easy. The couch was very comfortable and it was lovely to spend time on the porch at night and in the morning.

Owner is very personable and responded very very quickly to any messages. Definitely would be back.

My friends and I stayed at this house over a weekend for a local event and it was a great place to stay with lots of room and plenty of beds and futons for sleeping. Highly recommended and a very nice location within walking distance of all the downtown restaurants and events. There are live band events that you can just literally walk three or four blocks to and hang out there and plenty of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and the host is very responsive to us. I really love the house and the property.

Place was very comfortable and roomy. Has everything you need. Owner is a great host and checked on us throughout the trip. We came to drop our daughter off at UNT and this was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Will book again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a long weekend at this charming rental. It was spacious but cozy and very accommodating. The house is delightfully decorated and so comfortable, lots of extras to make our stay even better. We felt welcomed down to the details, even thinking of our furry friends. Fabulous location, close to the square, perfect access to everything you could ever need or want. We loved every minute and would satay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen items. The street is very quiet, except for the occasional train. We like having the small backyard so our dogs can travel with us. We were able to walk to three different restaurants over our stay.

I have stayed in this house three times. I love the location. We walk down to the square for dinner and really enjoy all the other shops around there. The owner is great! Plenty of room and the porch is awesome. Definitely recommend staying here if you are headed to Denton.

We had 3 generations of family in town to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday by going to the Cowboys game. This house was so quaint, comfortably slept 10 adults and was a great location. John was an excellent and prompt communicator and went above and beyond by providing some drinks and snacks which was totally unexpected. The location was great and we had a wonderful dinner at Greenhouse (located just behind the house). Would highly recommend!!! Thank you for a wonderful house for a wonderful weekend!

This super cool bungalow has the perfect location: close to downtown, only a block from the park & the library. Spacious, kid-friendly, well-stocked, and the hosts were excellent: easy-going, communicative, generous. We'll definitely want to stay here again!

We were in town for a quick visit with family and to show kids around UNT. This house is perfectly located for walking to to the square, close pubs and restaurants. John the host made everything so easy from initial questions, check in and even stocking the fridge with drinks and snacks. Phenomenal response time!The house was the cute Denton style that we remembered from our years at school. Everyone was able to have their own space for sleeping and the beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen amenities to make meals and a nice dining table with plenty of room. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch! I would definitely book this house again!
