You can easily do your check-in online , in 30 min you can reach oslo S or the port from where boats leave so the position is strategic! My family is composed of 5 people, i had a kitchen, 2 rooms and one bed situated in the living room.

The check-in place was far from the property.There is parking in the backyard of the property put it is. Ot free to use and needs reservation.

The information provided in your confirmation lead me to the wrong address at 1.00am. I had to take a taxi to the second location and nobody ever opened the door and I was unable to enter the building. At 2am I had to search for an alternative accommodation. I ask for a full refund

Great location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

The light in the bathroom was not working properly, there is no air conditioner, 1 dishwasher tablet for family and 2 night stay was not enough.

Rooftop ceiling makes a bit of a problem when living in the appartment, you need to be careful not to bang your head. The frying pan was missing, which was a bit of a problem if you want to make your breakfast. It was really hot in the appartment, I recommend installing AC.

The check-in is not at the property. It was a machine, and it was not working when we got there. Luckily there was staff available, because we had arrived at 15hs. The apartment was not clean enough. There were q-tips/swabs in some parts of the toilette.

Apartment was enough for stay of 3 people, it has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with almost all kitchenware.

Key pickup location different from the apartment it's very troublesome to go and collect the keys with so much luggage and that too there was no one available at reception to guide you, one has to identify on his own how to get the key card. Even worse is that I had requested for a late checkout around 2PM, for which I was told that 600 NOK would be charged, it doesn't make sense to pay that much amount just for couple of hours extra when regular checkout is at 11AM. Even worse is that there is no luggage room at the property, after checkout I had to take a bus to go to the other property which has the luggage room and after reaching there was no one at reception to guide you, I had to call at the contact no 4 times to get the key code for the luggage room.
