I liked how close it was to the station and not too far from some attractions. Free water as well.

Was not the cleanest there’s was a lot of dust near the bed area. Also one room had a heavy cigarette smell which I did not expect.

Room comes with bathtub and floor heater. Basic amenities were provided upon check in. Excellent location to nearby shopping district and Jagalchi Market. Hotel is within walking distance from subway, very accessible with escalator at the exit. Bottled water is replenished daily.

No bath towels were provided.

The staff is friendly and able to converse in English. Everyday there is free top up of bottle water and can coffee in the fridge. Location is stone throw away from Nampo station exit 7 with escalator so you don't have to climb up the stairs. Bed is super comfortable and you have a choice of big and small pillow. The moment after room service the cleaning staff know that we are doing some light washing of clothes, they leave a foldable hanger in my room which is very nice and caring actions. My next visit to Busan will sure to stay here again. Thank you very much.

My toilet bidet water spray is not working. Think it is a small matter so don't bother to ask for a room change. The toilet seat heater is working normally.

A very big room literally huge. Place is near to everything. Street foods, subway, market, shopping stores etc.

AC stopped working the first night. Hotel didn't fix it and I asked to move rooms and they said there weren't any others although the hotel was empty every time we left or came back. Housekeeping could have also been nicer

I booked 3 nights but had to leave after 2. I couldn’t sleep, the cigarette smell and bleach smell was so strong. When I left even my clothes in my luggage smelt like smoke. It was non-smoking room. The bed is very uncomfortable too (the sheet was like a plastic towel smelling of bleach), and I’m not very picky at all. To me, a hotel is just a place to sleep. The room was clean and it’s very big, but it was not comfortable at all. I guess it can be a good deal for 1 night to sleep, but even still I wouldn’t do it again.

The location was great. Super short walk to shopping, markets, restaurants, transport, etc.

The rooms are definitely small, though functional. Glass walls on bathroom (why?) though they are frosted.

Close to Nampo Station, The room was so big and clean definately worth the money.

Staff at the reception & Housekeeping staff wasn't very friendly. Staff doesn't seems to speak much English. When we ask for help to use the remote control for air-conditioning, there wasn't much help cos we don't understand what the housekeeper was saying. Air conditioning control wasn’t great. We had to ask for second blanket cos room was so cold. When I tried to use the bath tub, initial rush of water was yellowish. The corridor smells quite bad, like salted fish.
