The breakfast choice was limited & expensive for what it was.

Great location for historic area. Comfy bed fridge microwave. Breakfast taken in the square outside. Room well soundproofed as near cathedral and churches. The staff were great very helpful

everything went great. The staffs were very helpful and accomodating. Javier who works at the reception , and Eric who works at the bar/restaurant were both awesome! They were very helpful, great customer service, and very friendly. The location was great and close to major tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transportations. The room was excellent size, very clean, very comfortable, and nice interior.

Breakfast on the roof top was wonderful, and special thanks to Avril, a bright and friendly welcome each morning, making sure we had all we needed for breakfast. Location is spot on for making the most of Valencia.

The hotel is ideally located. Sipping a drink, listening to the cathedral bells on the chilled rooftop breakfast area/bar in the sunshine... need I say more! The staff were all super friendly and the hotel is small enough to be intimate without being pretentious in any way. Loved our stay, will definitely return ASAP!

The aircon in the room was a bit complicated and my Spanish struggled to control it. Very minor niggle!

The space, confort and equipment of the suite. It was great to have so much space to rest after a day of visit. The fridge and kitchinette were also very appreciated in order to prepare small meals.

Great location for all the main sights in Valencia, and yet the rooms were so quiet. Freshly and individually prepared breakfast was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially Alberto who gave great recommendations on restaurants and public transport..

Pool not open and there could have been more choice at breakfast for example inclusion of cereals

They had problems with the hydraulic pomp while we were there and there was no hot water but they kindly compensated us for that

The staff was wonderful. Beatriz met us at parking garage when we arrived. The women at front desk all helpful and interested.

No hot water in shower. Only lukewarm water in sink. Could not get comfortable temperature. Too hot. Ac didn’t turn on. Had to open air vents to outside to cool the room and then cold at night.
