Das Tropicana ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Alles ist Blitzblank sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sehr schöner und sauberer Strand mit bequemen Liegen. Im näheren Umfeld gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants und Bars. Oben an der Straße gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch direkt eine Bushaltestelle. Der kostenlose Inselbus kommt alle 20 min und pendelt nach Duong Dong oder zum Airport. Hier passt alles.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert.

Insane views, in the heart of the hustle of Phu Quoc, but had a private beach! Staff was SO nice and was able to accommodate our last minute hotel change to stay with them.
Outdated, and AC took a while to kick in, but it was all we needed!

Good position right on beach front. Had Ocean View room on 4th floor which was beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of good little restaurants nearby and free bus stop just up on main rode. Could not fault this hotel.

Great value for money. Property a bit dated when compared with similar in Australia (but it would be a lot more expensive in AUS too) But despite this it is still fantastic for the price. Large beds. Location is great walk through the grounds to the beach. Fantastic beach massage on the right as soon as you enter the beach. Decent sized pool. Great place for dinner just down the lane ‘Tweens’
The pool could have been cleaner and grounds a bit more manicured. Extra pillows would have been great. Nothing major to dislike at all.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The atmosphere, the pool, the private beach, the close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Everything was great.
Also a big thank you to the staff who where lovely and really care about the guests.
I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Very good rooms, clean deep pool, very friendly staffs.
Breakfast could be better. Be prepared for lots of mosquitos. They do not allow to eat inside the room but they could have informed us on website. But lot of space to eat outside room - restaurant, outside the room with balcony etc.

Location was great. Break fast was good but limited. Staff helped book taxi and tours and moto hire. Pool was nice. Coconuts were removed from trees above sitting areas, so it didn't feel like a death trap, unlike nearby resorts. Friendly beach dogs. Seemed good for families and couples. Good view of sunset over ocean
Was a bit noisy in morning. Staff knocked at 8am for room service and could hear chairs scraping loudly in the room above. Mini jellyfish in the beach made swimming a little uncomfortable.

The breakfast is quite basic, and not very tasty, you can walk 100 meters away and get much more delicious meal for the same price (100k dong) or cheaper. Also it ends at 9 am, which is a ridiculous time for that I’m my opinion.

The hotel has a private beach which is a plus. Maybe the ocean is a little rough in this season, therefore, the water did not look clean. The hotel has a good size swimming pool for kids to play. The breakfast is provided by order a day before, but I decided to go out to the street as there were more good choices out there!
I stayed in the 5-story building and my room was in the 4th floor. The 5th floor is used for hotel services such as washing, drying, cleaning and storage accessed by the hotel staffs only. The bad thing was that we heard a lot of noise even late at night from the 5th floor and was told that was caused by the washing and drying machine!

we were on level 4 with the cleaning staff above us. lots of noise and scraping of furniture until 1am and then again from 5 am.
