The staffs are very accommodating, helpful and warm. The free breakfast was great and the cafe is good.
The space is not suitable for a family. The place is so cramped and tight. No lift so it is tiring to climb up to 4th floor.

The room we had has no window just a curtain 😆.

the location was accessible. convenient stores are near, banks, transportation. They let me stay until 4pm without hesitation after my check out time. Thanks!

We were on the third floor and could hear the people on the street talking like you were standing right next to them the chairs were stained terribly and the bathroom ceiling drips on your head when you used the bathroom

The STAIRS :(( I hope there will be an elevator soon. I stayed on the 4th floor. Imagine the stairs I am taking up and down :(
