Everything was perfect, with an amazing property and beautiful gardens! Owner Pradeep was super helpful. I plan to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful homestay and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the host Pradeep, who made me feel like part of his family. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly sets this place apart as it is not something I would expect at a hotel. The home itself is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and old world charm. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days of exploring Toronto. One of the highlights of my stay was being treated to a welcome dinner by the host, where I had the opportunity to connect with other guests. As a solo traveler, this was a wonderful chance to meet new people and share experiences. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. Overall, this homestay is a true gem for solo travelers. The warmth, care, and exceptional service provided by the host made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

Leider gar nichts. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, warum diese Ferienwohnung so eine gute Bewertung hat. Nie wieder würde ich das buchen. Es war bisher die schlechteste Wohnung welche in ich meinem Leben gesehen habe.

Zuerst einmal geht man durch eine komplett vollgestellte Garage (Messigarage) in die Kellerwohnung. Die Wohnung ist so abartig dreckig gewesen, da wir noch nicht mal die Dusche nutzen wollten.

At first, there's little rules you have to follow but those are for keeping the place organized and tiny, so it'll be fair for the next guests and of course the owner, you'll get use to it, not a big deal. Location is very convenient. 8 mins walk to the bus station, and basically from that, you can access the whole Toronto area (multiple choices: streetcar, bus and subway). Owner and other guests are very welcoming (shout out to Catherine and Wendy). The owner, Mr.Pradeep and his brother Mr.Praveen provided extremely useful information about Toronto, makes the trip easier and better. For example, Mr. Pradeep told me about the casino shuttle to Niagara Falls, saved me a lots of time and money; Mr. Pradeep took me for a walk to get to know about the surrounding environment and I had the first snow slide in my life, It was a whole new experience for me. As a visitor who travel by myself, they're really helpful. My room, Lotus Room, it has a huge french window providing a nice and comfort sunlight. It also has a huge smart TV that you can watch Prime video and Netflix. Everything has been cleanse before my arrival. I got a washroom and a bathroom, if you're a male, considering about other female guests, you might have to take toilet and shower in separated rooms. There's also an opened kitchen with various of cooking tools and a personal fridge that you can make your own meal. Definitely worth the price, the staff, facilities, location and the cleanliness is top-notch. *Recommend visiting here in summer season so that you can have more outdoor activities at attractions. Still, during the winter, you still got Quebec Carnival and Winterlude in Ottawa, and you'll get a complete different view of Toronto from summer.

The host, Pradeep and Praveen is extremely friendly. Pradeep even treat us to lunch/dinner and take us to places. I was sick when I got there and I need help from Pradeep to buy some bread and bananas and he just helped me with whatever I needed. I’m very grateful to be able to stay at such wonderful place before I go home!

He is an amazing host who ensures you get the best of care and attention. I was impressed by the fact that he took me and another tenant on a tour of the neighbourhood and Vaughn city. He is very kind and generous with his time. Also, he ensure the property is kept in top clean condition at all time. The furnishing of his house is classic and in top condition - very beautiful and comfortable.

Location

The owner is a very mean person, tipical indian. The place is an old house with family. He should renovate this place and spend some money. The bathroom cabinet is old and broken. The bedroom furniture is so old. The bed is hard and a big gap between the matress and the bed base. If you see the quilt cover is so old and torn with a bad smell. There is no quilt covers. The pillows are so small, flat and a bad indian head oil smell. I dont know how many years he is using the same pillows. The window need cleaning. The kitchen is an old greasy filthy kitchen that need cleaning. The cabinet is old and the utensils are very greasy. There is a very small very old models black kettle that is not safe to use. This place is not suitable for tourist. He need a cleaner to clean this place. He is just saving money with and not met the standard. This house need inspection. He himself need a good shower and change. For a whole couple of week he is with the same jacket and trousers. He dont want guest to use the front door. When you use the back door, you get a splash of bad smells from toilet and the laundry room. He is a hoarder and his place is chaotic, NOT FIT FOR BED AND BREAKFAST. He should use it for tenancy and roommate. I was tied and shock when I first arrived at the property. Did not meet my expectations. Whoever wants just a roof and cheap place and can put up with all of this. When you live the property he will make excuse as if he will put a gun near your head to complete a survey regarding your stay so you can rate this property 10 out of 10. Total rubbish.

I love everything about here,This place is the best place to stay in Toronto, The hospitality is out of the world, very clean and smells amazing, classic building, Beautiful furnitures with amazing stories behind them, Amazing neighborhood, trust me you can’t get any best place that this in the whole of Canada, I got full respect and services, I got treated for launch and dinner, I got amazing experience, got a free tour guide, even free food hacks, the owner is a gentle soul and God bless him for me, I can’t find words to appreciate this place, I will definitely come back and only stay here always.. Please come and experience what I did and you will never regret TRUST ME!
