Great size apartment and in an excellent location.

I didn’t like that we had a two bedroom spa villa and for one of the bedrooms we couldn’t open the window for fresh air. Also our spa on our deck didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it.

Our apartment had enough space for a family of four, very clean, excellent facilities, great location by the lake and walking path, fast wifi, very quiet, secure parking and facilities, underfloor heating made it very comfortable in winter, very friendly staff.

It’s an incredible luxury to be able to draw your own fresh thermally heated spa on the balcony. Great lakefront location too

The location was perfect. Views amazing.

bed was super comfy, loved how there was Netflix and also heated floors.

This unit was stunning! Loved the size of the apartment, the view, the location, would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious apartments. Full operating kitchen and washing machine/ dryer for use was really awesome. Check in was really easy as well as check out.

Bit grimy- out on the balcony furniture was really gross and the grounds were green. The outside area quite run down. Cost for cot hire was a bit much considering the condition of the cots we’re old and not really nice for a baby to sleep in.

Very modern rooms. Great staff. Pool and hot tub excellent.

Fittings and furniture in the unit were tired. Chipped tables and bench tops. Cleanliness of amenities not as good as it could have been. Overall it did not match the five star prices charged.
