Comfortable, clean accommodation right on the spotless and calm beach with private sun lounger area and pleasant pool. Warm welcome from the host and good breakfast included. In a very quiet village with quiet walkable roads through farms. Some good bird spotting and a chance to see a very different side of Samui.

Not a negative but just note this area is very quiet. A few basic but good eating options are available, but don’t expect a party!

The Sibaja Palms Resort on Koh Samui is a beautiful place with friendly and helpful owners. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The Pool is clean and filled with salt water. The location of the resort is very private and quiet, making it the perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation. During our one-month stay, I was able to fully unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I was particularly impressed with the fitness training provided by Will. He is a professional and dedicated trainer who helped me achieve my fitness goals, and he was a great support throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of experiencing yoga with Brenda. Brenda was also extremely helpful in assisting me with any inquiries I had during my stay. I highly recommend the Sibaja Palms Resort and I hope to return soon. Thank you so much Brenda and Will :)

Brenda the host was a legend, she was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us to our room explain where a few restaurants were and how to get to the beach. She dropped us to the pier free of charge and even helped us with on ward travels. She was an amazing host. The maid did an amazing job each day with the rooms would 100% stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in Ko samui. We also wanted to hire scooters and a boat trip that we wanted to do overall very helpful!

I had a great stay! It is not the touristic part of the island, what I liked! But there are restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The beach with the sunset is wonderful. The resort is small but very comfortable, just 50 m to the sea. The apartment has a high standard, bed very comfortable, delicious breakfast. The service was fantastic. Brenda, the host, was so helpful with everything. She organized Taxi Transfer, Car rent, Thai-Massage- so I can highly recommend the Sibaja resort!

The location was great offering beautiful views from the beach and private sundeck of the distant mainland, islands and as it was west facing, wonderful sunsets. The breakfast was lovely with excellent coffee, eggs, toast, fruit and yoghurt all delivered on a tray at a time to suit me. I was particularly taken with the attention given to me by my host, Brenda on arrival. I had just come out of hospital and was pretty immobile and Brenda created a bespoke bed for my comfort.

Communication with hosts was smooth. Resort is run by 2 Dutch people and considering we're Dutch as well there's obviously some familiarity in the way you're communicating but both hosts make you feel like you're staying with friends as opposed to being a regular guest. The place isn't cheap but it's one the most carefree stays we've ever had in all of Asia. We arrived from Koh Tao and had a serious lack of sleep but this place made up for it as the resort itself is dead quiet at night. We're usually bothered by airconditioning as is our baby but had no issues here as the system is supposedly brand new, so no stuffy nose or random coughs this time. The swimming pool right in front of your room is a nice way to cool down after you've spend your day in the sun all day. We only stayed for 2 nights but would our little boy not have kept us up at night we'd have slept like a baby ourselves. The room is spacey, there's Netflix, a small stereoset, a fridge and you'd even be able to cook if you'd want to. The place is spotlessly clean, both inside and outside the room. If only we'd have had more time but alas this was not the case. If we ever go back to Koh Samui we'd most likely stay here again.

Shower was either cold, hot or boiling hot. We couldn't get it set to a lukewarm temperature. Breakfast choices offered were very Western though we didn't ask for Asian alternatives either.

The owner is very friendly and helped to provide all detailed information that we need. The breakfast and coffee was reeally nice. Thank you.
