Lovely warm, helpful welcome. Generous breakfast, lovely room. 20 minute drive to Norwich centre or the Norwich Showground.

Room was directly above the bar so was a little noisy, very thin partition walls to adjoining rooms and I could clearly hear conversations whilst I was in the ensuite. Although the accommodation was clean overall, the bathroom had a lot of black mildew in areas that just needed a good scrub. I left the sign out for a room clean as my son had dirtied the bedding but it wasn’t changed, as far as I could tell the only change was a top up of bags. As I was paying the same amount per night, I would have expected clean bedding to be put on.

Cooked breakfast was very good .needed buffet cereal and juices.

It was a lovely setting, clean tidy and tastefully decorated. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

The only very minor point would be to suggest that small fridges are put in the rooms.
