Very convenient location. Plenty of space and well equipped.

Might have been cosier with a rug on the floor in seating area, and with a couple of cushions. The building was very hot, but once I'd turned off the heating, it was fine.

Everything about this place was amazing, including the complimentary hot drinks and pastry breakfast in the morning and the pizza they had available to order around the clock, the bed was so comfortable, we both had a great sleep! Absolutely brilliant hotel - made our chester experience so much more memorable.

maybe the air con could be a bit colder as it got warm through the night and we had the air con on but wasn’t enough, and maybe a lower price for parking (£10 per night - card only) but that is just nit picking - absolutely brilliant.

Hotel is modern clean and within a few minutes walk to the city centre. Complimentary grab and go breakfast was lovely and complimentary hot drinks during your stay.

Facilities were great. The bed & pillows were very comfy. Good size fridge and use of a dishwasher (although we didn't use it). Good grab & go breakfast consisting of pastries, porridge, fruit, yoghurt & juices.

We had a big issue with a lack of ventilation, which led to excessive condensation on the windows, which then ran down and pooled on the low window ledges. There were also traces of black mould around the windows. A dehumidifier was provided, but the issue is bigger than it was able to cope with. When we used the stove top to cook, even with the extractor fan open, it triggered the smoked alarm. There were no Windows that we could open to clear this, resulting in it hanging in the air for a while and reception having to ring to check that the room wasn't on fire!

Perfect location for city. Room upgraded to Penthouse with views across racecourse. Clean and very comfortable.

Second time I’ve stayed and arrived Sunday to be upgraded executive suite what was so lovely as it was our little boys 6th birthday and he loved the terrace and the sunset Lovely young girl at the desk on arrival very helpful and welcoming Can’t wait to go back again Ohhhhh and the coffee and hot chocolate down stairs is lush and free ✅

the staff were the best, grab and go breakfast was excellent and room was great. only 5 min walk into the centre

unfortunately the couple next door to us were really noisy, I would suggest a better way to reduce noise via the connecting door

Clean and tidy, good size rooms with kitchen area. Lovely bathroom with power shower and heated flooring. Comfy bed. Friendly staff, Ample parking space and short walk to the centre of Chester.

The bed was quite firm for my liking but that's personal preference. There was nothing we didn't like. Could have benefitted from a measuring jug in the kitchen but apart from that our stay was great.

Lovely complimentary continental breakfast set out that you could take to your room. Very close to racecourse and centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Disappointed in the room. It was dark and quite small with a small window.

Grouting in bathroom has gone brown/orange, could do with renewing/deep cleaning. Toilet roll holder hanging off and vent under fridge hanging off. Bathroom sink plug dirty when removed.

absolutely lovely and clean property, perfect location for the view of the racecourse and into the bars shops. staff were so friendly and helpful too couldn’t fault it! will be returning 100% perfect for a couples weekend
