The staffs are very polite and very nice. Food also very good and much of varieties. The room service and house keeping also very "cekatan".

the hotel is so luxurious and the staffs are super nice and attentive. the view from the hotel room is amazing. my stay is relaxing and healing.

the swimming pool is a bit small

Contemporary and rather well maintained hotel. Breakfast was good. Beautiful scenery if you get a nice room however this time my room was near to the road and it can rather noisy.

Our shower was not holding up well and it was not fixed properly. They didnt replace all our towels

the location of the hotel. it locates far from everything. no restaurant’s around , no activities around , it is like you are in the jungle. although the view is wonderful among with the current weather

- We stayed for 1 night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Room was quite spacious with mountain view from our balcony. We stayed at 3rd floor, I couldn't say our room was far enough nor quite close to the restaurant but we can smell the smoke of some sorta bbq at our foyer during dinner time. How is that even possible? - The food at FIRE restaurant was FIRE. People raved about their pizza, we ordered FIRE SIGNATURE well..it was not that impressive, but the Salmon 🙌 and my husband ordered both tenderloin and their wagyu. SUPERB - we received complimentary chocolate cake. One of the best chocolate cake I've ever had in my life ( I'm never a much of a cake person) - I can see why this place is a quite favorite for family, this hotel has a playground , kids pool and kids club, many activities... Thank you Royal Tulip. I was hoping for a free room upgrade since we were celebrating 2 special occasions but...... LOL 😆😅🤣 but it's okay. Looking forward to coming here soon for another celebration

Invoice: Booking.com said the invoice shall be issued by the hotel, while the hotel said the invoice shall be issued by Booking.com. Then, no one make it clear to provide it to me. It’s a tricking and unacceptable. I need the solution as soon as possible.
