Very pleasant stay with nice personnel, giving very good advice and recommandation. We had a great massage there and therapist are very skilled. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel is located in a very nice and quiet place but close the sea, restaurants, shops …

The property was perfect and catered for all our need. it is perfectly positioned in Ischia town for the shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - we loved our stay and we will be going back.

We really enjoy the nice pool with Mauro a really good pool bar manager! The breakfast was good and the hotel has a great location!

The private beach is a short walk away and not actually attached to the hotel. This is not a negative remark but advising future guests.

The hotel has one massive issue with rooms. The Standard rooms are unequal – you can have a room with a nice view and balcony, and you can have a room below the ground level. We booked two Standard rooms and had the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in: - The rooms were below the ground level, felt like a basement or the bottom floor of Titanic, - Zero view, dark room - One room was damp and smelled like mold - The rooms were next to the lobby, so we heard everything that was going on at the reception desk, including the “elevator music” playing there - The cleaning lady took water from the toilet on the other side of the corridor, so we could hear her starting her working day at 7 AM - There was a kids' amusement park on the same side of the hotel as our rooms, meaning no sleep before it closed around midnight. And we paid the same amount as people lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and view. The hotel should not rent out the rooms on the ground floor.

Last minute change of hotel - (we booked and checked in within minutes) but this was lovely and exceeded my expectations. It was really good value, the room was very clean and contemporary with large balcony. On the doorstep of shops and restaurants, not too far from the port. Helpful staff, pool area is lovely and outdoor thermal pool was great. Breakfast mainly breads and continental style but still was fine. We only stayed for 1 night but would definitely return here again if I can back to Ischia.

Great pool area in well kept gardens, very relaxed given its location. Very helpful staff. Large airy room with balcony at front of hotel. Breakfast just okay. We'll positioned for shopping area.

Bar area not very comfortable or inviting. Bathroom a bit tired. Indoor spa pool a bit jaded. Water jets not working and pool towels not obvious, but perhaps covid related. No shuttle bus, a long uphill walk with bags so expensive taxi was necessary. Ate in one night at Euro 30 four courses, needs to be better quality and bigger portions.

Wifi was bad

Service was outstanding, very attentive and friendly staff. Extra safety precautions are taken - hand sanitiser is available, guests must wear swimming caps in the pool and screens are used at the front desk.

Coffee wasn’t amazing and the rooms are a bit dated but still spotless and comfortable
