It was clean and spacious. It had dishwasher and washing machine with dryer which was convenient. It wasn’t suite but an apartment sort of.

The bedding smelt of cigarettes and couch bed was very hard.

Les travaux gâchent la beauté de cette ville. du bruit assez tot le matin 6.30am. L'appartement un peu petit pour 4. le nombre de couvert est également à revoir dans l'appartement. Parking extrêmement cher géré par l'hotel à 40 dollars par nuit. J'ai trouvé les prix trop cher par rapport aux chambres. 2200 dollars pour 6 nuits.....

Mitten im Herzen von Auckland gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab 2 Balkone mit toller Aussicht und sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel.

In der Küche habe ich scharfe Messer, Brettchen und eine Schüssel vermisst.

Room did not feel clean. Sofa was stained and not even milk for a coffee in the morning

The view from the balcony (I don't consider a step out from the room measuring 30cm across a balcony) was superb as it looked out at the Sky Tower. Although the roadwork directly outside the building is a hassle at present, the location is right in the city centre.

We arrived very early in the morning (1.30am) and the male person on duty was not helpful and was not overly pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. The price was very high considering the roadworks directly outside.

Location was excellent. Construction was a bit intense though it work in our favor as my 2 year old was kept very occupied watching it all happen from our window :)

Right in the middle of Auckland central business district - easy walk to restaurants, waterfront, and attractions. Very easy way to experience the city. Room was spacious with two separate bedrooms, a basic kitchen, two bathrooms, and an included washer / dryer.

No real complaints - lots of construction happening in the city but manageable. I used earplugs but overall noise level was pretty reasonable.

Apartment was close to everything. Walking distance to the main attractions in Auckland. Rooms were clean and kitchen is fully equipped. They even allowed us to do late checkout, free of charge.

Not the property’s fault but a huge construction is going on right outside. Need to go around the corner if you plan on booking Uber/tours.

The rooms were very dirty and dusty , from the couches , carpet and cushions everything was visibly stained and smelly! the room was also very small for a 2 bedroom apartment! definitely not what we were expecting for what we payed for which wasn’t cheap either! carpet was lifting off the floor and stained and dirty! just wasn’t a great experience however the staff are very lovely and helpful which kinda made it a little better. definitely would not recommend!

Really nice asthetic to the suites. The harbour side room dad a great view of the city, sky tower and harbour for what we paid. Comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities.

The ranch sliders out to the balcony for two of the rooms did not open. Within each of the two suites, one of the bedrooms in each couldn’t open the ranch sliders. But you could still open other ones within the suites so it was fine.

Beds hard, difficult to access due to road works, too close to nightclub with loud live music.

The staff were very obliging when we told them the room was unsuitable due to cleanliness we were then given a good replacement. The new room was suitable and cleaner.

First room we were given was really dirty and felt like a family had been living there long term. Sticky kitchen floor, furnishing smelly and filthy. Plastic bag covering the smoke alarm. Bathroom door unable to close due to washing machine in the way. Smell. Staff should have checked room.

Location is good. Reception was very professional and responsive. Bathrooms are nice and modern.

Fabric on sleeper couch and chairs is very dirty. Roll out bed is not even okay for a young child, it's like sleeping directly on the springs. Microwave broke half way through heating up meals for family. Reception was very helpful and brought another one. Carpets are worn and piling.

Like everyone it's location that makes you book this property and take a chance we did and had some dislikes which should not be overlooked. We liked 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and proximity to everything. No problem parking at Wilson in side street Durham Lane after 4pm you just have to be out by 8am $18NZ for the night.

No need for lack of cleaning and maintenance. Keep ignoring the broken kitchen mixer in 1801 and property will flood. Toaster kept tripping and is dangerous so put in on their reception desk and a new one was brought up. Luckily did not have to use kitchen for cooking as would not trust appliances (temp. control etc cannot be read) and lack of enough utensils.
