Reliable, Clean, Great location, Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff

Some of the furniture in the room (mostly chairs and some pillows) are not comfortable. Neither is the placement of the toilet which makes the toilet cover not stand on it's own as a portion of the countertop protrudes enough to push it forward.

Me dijeron desayuno incluido y tuve que pagarlo. No me gustó nada.

Me ca barón el precio de la aplicación y no tenia desayuno.

It was ok. Kinda hard to screw up breakfast.

I know they couldn't help it but the guest elevator broke the morning of departure. Had to use the staff elevator.. Dirty and a lot of delays.

The elevator was not working and the hotel wasn’t that accommodating

Handicap Shower chair was old and insecure. The room furniture was very old and worn.

It was a in a good location and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy.

There was nowhere to park. One had to find parking along the side of the road, which was very limited). The rooms, decore, aesthetic, and feel of the hotel were that of a cheap motel and as soon as one entered the room there was a smell of what I assumed to be some kind of mold.
