فقط من ناحيه الحلويات الي بوفيه أعجبني..

لم يعجبني نظافة الغرفه ويجب تبديل سجاد الغرفه وتنويع في اكلات البوفيه واهتمام واطلاع بالموضوع ..

Pesonalul, mai ales domnișoara de la recepție Lucy , camere mari, curătenie , locație... totul la superlativ!

اولاً لايوجد به كلوب و الغرفه راقيه للغايه و نظيفه والحمام كل شيء يعمل فيه واتساع الغرفه و الحمام. واعجبني اللوبي و الشراب الورد البارد الذي قدمه الطاقم لي حين وصولي وتجاوب الطاقم و تفاعله و احترامه للمسافر.

السعر مقابل الليله الواحده غالي.

Check-in was excellent. The receptionist allowed me an early check-in and gave me a room upgrade. My room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. All the staff were great.

Decor needs a bit of an upgrade. The curtains were too thin and let a lot of light in.

Usually I don’t give a best review to the places but this place was the best and the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in UAE, which they paid attention to every detail that could make comfortable the guests.

Hairdryer was broken. :)

Albergo elegante, pulito, personale gentile. C'è stato un disguido con la prenotazione ma subito risolto dallo staff. Buona la colazione sia dolce che salata, varia, c'è più scelta sul salato.

Rien à signaler Nous avons aimé l’accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le dîner pris au restaurant , le personnel…..etc

The hotel is as opulent as it looks! two trainees have been particularly helpful; they gave us suggestions to plan our sightseeing and supported us with lost items. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, furnished with all the amenities one could need.

The surrounding neighborhood is not particularly nice; it didn’t seem dangerous, it just doesn’t match the hotel’s status.

The decoration was stunning

The staff was very rude and were rushing all the time. They didn’t event call a taxi and we had to find one on the street to enter to the hotel and pick up our luggage… the worst service ever… not a 5 star hotel… even 2 stars has better service for their customers. The food in the buffet was a bad joke… 150 for a very limited offer of dishes, dry pastries… not a 5 stars at all. The staff also were not able to do any recommendation of restaurants close to the hotel…

Hotel lindo e todo perfumado. Decoração e iluminação PERFEITA. O nosso quarto era grande e extremamente confortável. Muito bem localizado. Estacionamento gratuito e funcionários educados e sempre prontos a ajudar. RECOMENDO demais.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, la posizione centrale, la pulizia e il profumo di rosa in tutto l’hotel, la colazione superlativa, il buffet a cena con pietanze squisite e particolari, la disponibilità del personale e l’atmosfera che si respira.

I appreciated the property’s convenient accessibility, its easy-to-find location, and the abundance of nearby shops and amenities. It made everything within reach and added to the overall convenience of the place.

One thing that could be improved is having more accessible charging outlets. It was inconvenient to have to crawl down to charge gadgets, so having additional outlets at a more convenient height would have been helpful.

The iron and the hair blower

The mattress was not comfortable, and when I first entered the hotel, there was stains on the king sized bed, the lighting is very poor and it’s also very dark and gives a very depressing mood

Отель находится в районе где нет достопримечательности, не куда дойти. Не удобное расположение, от моря 55 минут пешком, автобусов нет! Мол находится в 30 мин пешком, автобусов нет! Для отдыха отель с детьми не подходит, с надувными матрасами нельзя, в джакузи детям нельзя, бассейн маленький очень маленький не комфортный, полно людей, вечеринки за столом еще в бассейне устраивают пиво пьют. Полы скользкие можно что-то переломать, раз 10 чуть не упала.

امممما من ناحية الاشياء التي لم تعجبني :- 1- لايوجد شخص يتحدث اللغه العربيه والفندق جميع اللي شفتهم يتحدثون فقط اللغه الانجليزيه وهذا اكبر غلط لان غيري مايتكلم اللغه الانجليزيه وماراح يفهم 2- عند الدخول للفندق تاخير في التسجيل واللي يستلم السياره مايجييك الا لازم اتصوت عليه او ادق له هرن سيارتك ماتقول فندق 5 نجوم 3- المكيف الغرفه يشتغل وقت قصير ومره وحده يتسكر ومانصحى الا من حرارة الغرفه 4- وعند الخروج من الفندق طولنا لين ماوصلت العربيه لنحميل الاغراض وعند النزول للوبي فاضي مافي احد فكرت في زحمه ولا فيه احد غيري 5- البركه صغيره وتسكر بدري ..
