Grand Paragon is located near Kota Tua and near a lot of street restaurants, as well as right next to (even connected to) a modern shopping mall. The staff is very friendly.

The airconditioning did not get very cool, but cool enough to be comfortable.

Worst breakfast, it too them almost half an hour to make toast and I was the only customer in the restaurant

The location The hotel staff quite fast action when we told them that our room was hot They come immediately And checking again while we asking for the second times after changing room

The air - con, terrible Although we have change room once, its not much different I am sweating while make up, and the max air temperature only 26 inside the room even it is heavy rain outside The AC remote is always locked (weird), and already set up to max power Still not many different The shower has very weak spray The b'fast also not satisfying The deposit receipt, was not hand over for the copy if we didn't ask And we couldn't ask for refund if the paper is missing (think that this is weird)

Breakfast was nice.

Late arrival so paid full day for ten minutes use of room yet they charged us extra for late check out. Also charged us incorrectly and demanded more upon checkout. Like its my fault they added up wrong.
