Fabulous hotel and the food is very tasty.

Some staff are very cooperative, especially Housekeeping team.

The food was very bad👎

The rooms are big and comfortable. No noise. Breakfast was tasty. The staff was well behaved with prompt service. The place is located in a market area with ample parking space. Value for money.

Nothing major but little things that could have made the experience better. TV did not have active channels because subscription was not renewed. The microbrewery was shut. Only option for eggs at breakfast were boiled eggs and the staff were not willing to make an omelette.

Oily food choices like Pakora's not like

The location is good for people want a night stay close to the highway or the airport. Car parking available. Breakfast is okay though the spread is very limited. Omelette also is denied.

Lack of cleanliness and lack of hygiene. The furniture is dusty. Bathroom is dirty and stints. Please avoid this property if you are used to stay in any good branded hotels.

Flooring very STICKEY, Window also Dirty and with MOULD alao water dripping from windowsand cant sit on chairsin room, room with DEMP, BED also feel wet, No FACILITIES in room. Called room service for Towel, then again called for Slipper, then 3rd call for shampoo, small bathrooms, when take shower, everything gets wet including toilet cubic, Loud MUSIC till 11pm, couldn't sleep, asked for room change then they gave me 1st floor but again LOUD MUSIC, Couldn't sleep also afternoon Reason LOUD MUSIC. Also same thing called for TOWEL but no sleep .... When I asked for room change because of MUSIC, They 1st told me Sir our restaurant is open till 11pm you can sit there...LOL THEY HAVE PARTY HALL ON TOP FLOOR SO BECAREFUL YOU CANT SLLEP. Overall ZERO
