Well situated property close to shops, restaurants and 5 mins. from Hobart waterfront. Off street parking a bonus as street parking can be crowded. Nth Hobart oval is across the road. Kitchen has everything we needed and there are 2 lounge areas and 2 TVs

No clothes line or pegs but pop out clothes airers supplied House has above ground level open rear deck with no solid handrails or balustrades so small children would need to be supervised there

all good, a couple of little things missed for longer stay - dishwasher tablets, bin bags, but easily rectified when asked.

Rose Haven cottage is a beautiful holiday home that had everything we needed for our family for a week. We loved staying here. Location was ideal and the house had plenty of comforts. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'd definitely stay here again!

This property had absolutely everything you could need, especially for a family. Washing machine, dryer, a bath, high chair, portacot, even a tub of toys! The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The backyard was spacious and the two living areas were ideal - we could put a movie on the for kids in the back room and watch Netflix in the front room. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Can’t fault our stay at all, it was a lovely house and my daughter didn’t want to leave!

The cottage was very well appointed and clean. The roses in front of the cottage were beautiful.

I loved the way that Ted had thought about families. After a big day of travel it was great to have a bucket of toys for the kids to play with. Also the extra considerations for kids with a little table and chairs and also plastic plates, cups and cutlery. I also loved that there was two living areas. The only thing I would recommend is some clothes pegs, so on the sunny days like we had, we could hang our washing outside instead of using the dryer! Overall, I would 100% recommend this property to everyone and will stay there again when I go to Hobart! Thanks Ted!

The cottage is well laid out and equipped. Everything is clean and the host ever helpful and accommodating. Within walking distance of CBD even with a pram and 11yo.

The house was very comfortable and close to central Hobart. The host was very accommodating and as a family of 6 there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Don't hesitate to book this property.

If we had to find an issue one showers water pressure was a little poor but that is just trying to find an issue.

Great location, heaps of room and we'll thought out for the family.

The house was in a quiet location and felt like a home away from home. A beautiful house.
