this is among the worst hotel experiences I ever got on booking.com. Immediately after booking they send you a lot of payment links on external sites and tell you to pay otherwise they cancel your booking. after even paying they claim to not have received anything but only reply with auto answers so there’s no way to even talk to them. Then they actually cancel your booking and no money reimbursement from the payment you did because they still claim to have not received any money. why don’t they just use the regular booking.com booking process? incredibly frustrating process this hotel provides

Location

The room was so humid that even the door was getting stuck. The AC had no remote, just a controller in the wall and all the buttons were missing. It's written that breakfast starts at 7:30 but when we got downstairs they said it actually starts at 8:00. The toilet seat was falling to the side. There is no separation of the shower from the toilet so your feet get wet and there is no wiper to move the water.

Beak fast was so so. location is good.

Complementary 1/2 ltr water bottle per person/day is really insufficient. This should have been at least 1 ltr/day/person

Fab Cabana cancelled my booking just few days before arrival and no option was given. I had to call and ask for replacement.

Nothing to my liking that can be highlighted here. Stay away from this hotel. They say you booked a deluxe room which is the lowest category and hence we cannot provide any better room.

Room, Bed, Bathroom, Linen, Mosquitoes, noises in the night and early morning. Broken switches, stained floors, ac remote broken, bathroom roof leakages, toiletries, non-working lights and the list goes on. I was given a room just behind the reception. It was very disappointed and asked to change my room and I was told they cannot provide me any another room. It remained noisy the whole time even at the night. The facility in the room was also not good. There were mosquitoes. No view. Linens does not feel clean. Even there was no mobile reception in the room.
