Some things in the apartment could use better maintenance. The garage parking spot on -3 level smells heavily of mold.

Spacious apartment and only 5min walk to the beach. The area is really nice with lots of non touristic bars and restaurants. Nice and helpful host

You should be able to sleep without fully darkened windows

amazing duplex with great light, beautiful open windows, cozy beds, equipped with strong wifi, cute bathroom shower, almost like a jungle gym style bedroom. comfortably fit five people in it and plenty of space to lay out our things. gorgeous kitchen! walking distance from anything you need, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants

really nice space, comfortable beds, descent essentials in kitchen, great to have laundry, owner was very nice and accommodating and communication was very good.

some basic maintenance needs to be done - bath door handle very loose, one stove burner broken, fridge had a strong odor, towels supplied were very rough in texture.

Fully equipped, beautiful flat with nice views, location is good not far from nearby station around 6 mins. Landlord is very responsive to questions which is helpful

Street is actually quite noisy when you are trying to sleep, perhaps bring ear plugs.

The air conditioning didn’t work, and for most of our stay there was only one fan for four of us. It’s a nice apartment but the heat was impossible to put up with. We notified the owner but there was nothing they could do about it. Our whole stay was affected - we weren’t comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping with the heat. It was such a shame - the loft is nice and it’s a cool area, but if it’s too hot to relax or sleep then that’s not good…
