Location, the hotel team is very supportive and doing a great customer service. Mr. Ashraf the F&B manager was very professional. The front office people was helpful Mrs Merna the guest relations manager doing a great job and usually around the guest.

The all inclusive isn’t perfect and needs to be improved,

All inclusive wasn’t real, cleanliness of the room , I must ask room service to put Shampoo , shower gel , Tea , Nescafé ,no entertainment in the resort , I felt that the resort apply saving in every thing

Excellent service, Great location, nice private beach and pool with amazing view The food was exquisite and delicious, every day they change the menu by different countries. Hotel’s vibe is relaxing, the staff is very friendly and responsive to any needs. The facilities are comfortable and clean.

no iron at the room , and a lot of mosquitoes outside at night , be prepared 😂

Staff was very kind. The hotel tried to help with gluten intolerance issues, it had a few options and the food was good.

The excursion office agent offered us overpriced taxis and attractions. We took his offer for a jeep ride in the mountains. The drivers he brought were very amature and unsafe, he did not know the way and kept changing routes.

Swiss inn is the best place to enjoy your vacation there the staff are amazing with their warm hospitality especially Mohamed Hany he usually helps us with his smile and polite attitude we enjoyed our stay. thank you

the only thing they have to take care with there was ants inside my room so I asked them to spray the room and they sprayed the room since then no ants appeared agin

There's no option to lock the room from the terrace side, which is a little bit annoying, cause that's the side we used the most to go in & out of the room to the swimming pool, beach & restaurant.

Never again I very good customer to swiis in hotel just the last two year i went there 5 time I booked a room from booking and i thought that the payment will be by booking beacuse no any marks or notes that saying no. When i arrive the guy in the reception was not so nice from the beginning always with me like that i dont know why ( maybe because my passport) he asked me for the payment i told him o booked by booking and the payment will be by booking and again no any note to see that im wrong. I told him I don't have enough money to gove you beacuse again i thought that the payment process will be by booking. At least for a repeat customer that every year come two time to this hotel try to help the small things that they can do to try to take the payment from booking but nothing just talk to wall this guy was so bad In the end i give them all money i have and cut one nigh from order that i can survive three days. All the the facilities i wanted to do i canceled because the hotel take the money. And another point is a foreign women work in the hotel she set in the lobby she always welcome me when she see me this time she saw that im in trouble time she do hers self didn't see Im very very very disappointed and never again

The "jeep" trip we booked with hotel rep Bob (Achmed) was awful. He is not very trustworthy, promised more than he was able to deliver. Also do not let him book you a local taxi ride - he asks for ridiculous amounts (compared to local rates).

The receptionist Mohammed is very snobbish. He asked me to pay in USD but I only have EGP or EURO. And they don’t have changes in other currencies than EGP. I asked him how much I should pay in each currency and ex rate stuff. And finally I asked if I can pay in Euros and they give me changes in EGP. The receptionist said OK at first but after talking to someone in Arabic he just turned to me and said we can’t do that and gave me an annoyed face. It only a few minutes and I never said I wouldn’t pay but before I got angry for his ‘saying yes at the first but no at the end’ he got angry at me! And ofc I gave in and paid him EGP and he started to process my check-in and the whole process he wouldn’t look at me in the eyes and still a contemptuous face. At last when he gave me the room card he started to smile, starting to ‘serve me as a guest’. I was clearly angry and disgusted at his hypocritical friendliness and I was straight face. And he should have asked me ‘why are you not smiling?’ I said ‘ because I don’t want to’ and I asked his name, he answered and he asked where I’m from, so he looked at my passport and said ‘oh Chinese…’ Nothing else I need to say. I don’t understand how could Swiss Inn have such a person as the receptionist?! The worst part of my stay!

Good design, furniture comfortable and pleasant. The beach was nice, we’ll set out, plenty of shade. Food was adequate but not particularly inspiring. No a la carte or table service. Breakfast good the bed was totally alien to us. There were two duvets each folded downwards once and one pillow each. We’re we meant to lie on one and cover over with the other ! . I chose the easy option and asked, at Reception, for Housekeeping to remake the bed giving comprehensive and clear instructions as to how we would like it. We returned from dinner to find the bed almost exactly as it was first presented - must be the Swiss way. Quite bizarre ! At just over 100 dollars we thought it good value The gardens were delightful

The bed ! Very firm mattress, better than too soft I suppose, but strangely made up.
