The location, the hotel design

The beach doesn't open till 9am, the pool closed at 6pm, there's no hot water in the shower, some days we didn't have towels in the room, the public area is always loud, there's nothing for children to do, the pool area is not safe, the food was quite terrible. Other than that it was perfect.

Staff are well trained Rooms and areas are clean and comfort Almost all rooms see the seasea It is far 15min by car from the city center

The resort is builded on a mountain and it is consist of 6 different levels. So you have to use their bus each time u want to go whatever the pool/beach or to your room or to the reception.. Unless you have enough time and efforts to do so through the stairs.

Everything is great… The place lacks a cinema for scenes at the end of the day .. I also want to thank the sea rescuer, Ahmed, for the cooperation

The location is great with a beautiful beach. The pool is big. The is nice.

The food can be better and more authentic.

beautifull location, fantastic beach, spacious rooms (we had a suite), nice breakfast and diner, very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Mr. Karim was amazing!! the shuttle from the beach to upper level run very frequently.

sometimes there was a sewer smell in the rooms.

Ibrahim at the front desk was very rude very un professional. Eveyone else was nice and welcoming he was the worst person I have ever encountered in my entire life. He was concerned about towles rather than helping us check out. I have never seen something like this before. He should not be working in a customer service. I had the best holiday but he ruined my experience at the hotel. I don't think I will be coming back because of him.

the location, the snorkeling, the fact that it is located on a mountain, with all rooms seeing the sea. The Animation team is active with trial to engage guests on the pool and after dinner with some games and activities

needs shuttle bus to go to Mashayia. the local travels agency, is slightly expensive.

View is wonderful and food is delicious

We had a pleasant stay at Ecotel Dahab. The staff was friendly, welcoming, very discreet and always willing to help. The food was very good. Rooms and facilities were clean. The view is extraordinary! Special thanks to the animation team (Hagar, Maruko, Mo, Rayo and Fadi) for keeping the kids “and us” entertained during our stay, and for being so joyful and sincere.

The only drawback was the rocky beach, but we could still use the beach wooden deck to access the swimming/snorkeling area.

room cleanliness is not good.. in our room the walls has many obvious food and drinks stains on it which seems to be made by other guests but not cleaned by the house keeping team when they prepare the room for other guests. the floor also was not clean when we entered the room and asked for cleaning to be done.
