Struttura pulitissima. Personale sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e viene voglia di tornarci. Un resort fantastico.

The beach had no Coral but was OK. Drinks were full if Syrup and too sweet

It was so big and clean

Just the taxi service people at the reception was very dodgy they triple charged us the second day we got there the first day we got there they gave us a price of 500 n second day they charged us 800 but after using the local taxi service we realised they charged us 500 extra for the service that should have been 300. 3rd day my husband went to the ATM on the reeception which is right next to the taxi desk while my husband was cashing out I saw both taxi men using their FaceTime cameras watching my husband when they saw that I seen them do this they turned their fones off. So we felt very uneasy at that time and very angry we did not tell the hotel staff because we didn’t know who we could trust at that time.

The water park is located on the other side of the hotel, and it's quite small

All stuff are helpful and very cheerful with all guests. Place is very clean And animation team is simply on another level of Pro.

Nothing could have been better!

The facility was amazing, super clean and easy to go around. Amazing gardens well kept. Good restaurant and a lot of variety of food.

The staff, especially at the reception, they were rude and they did not explain anything about our package or the place.

Everything, the levels of service in restaurants and bars and in general were exceptional. A high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel and immaculate gardens.
