The location
No parking, no fridge, no clock, no coffee maker. No windows. The room was very poor for the price we paid. The pictures we saw on your website were not the same. The people were too loud and we couldn't sleep .

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The location was excellent, close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. The price was good.
The rooms were not very nice, but they were clean and had everything we needed.

the location, the place including the room its wasn't clean and the staff was not professional

They had power and water for most of the time by having their own generator. (WE WERE INE OF THE VERY FEW PLACES with power and water...The location was good.

no parking. It cost $97 to park at the lot behind the CVS across the street.
the lady working the front desk was miserable. the rooms were old and beds not comfortable at all. the first room we checked into the AC didn’t work and the batteries were dead in the TV remote. We had to be moved to another room so we could have AC. then in middle of night a lot of talking in hallways with people coming in and out, it was very loud. there was also no small refrigerator or even hot water for the poorly trickling water they call a shower.

Toilets were clogged. They said I was supposed to put used toilet paper in the trash.... disgusting. This property should be condemned.
