We loved it here. The area has numerous 4 and 5 star hotels but we preferred the tranquility of Seagull which sits in its own quite extensive grounds. The room was great with clean en-suite bathroom and two balconies. The cleaner came in every day and we could change towels whenever needed. The pool was fantastic – spotlessly clean and a must-have for hot days and if you are buy the pool at dusk, swifts come out to feed and drink the water. Although other reviews don't speak too well about the breakfast of bread, spreads and tea/coffee, you can take your own food to the breakfast area so there is nothing really to complain about. Seagull is 2-3 miles from Kos Town but you don't really need a car to get about. There is a bus stop outside and the buses run approx every 20-30 minutes into Kos Town (about once an hour at weekends). It costs 2 euros and the last bus back is midnight. The hosts were very welcoming and we would definitely recommend Apartments Seagull.

It would have been good to have soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid in the kitchenette.

Everything was well taken care of

The Apartments Seagull is a great place for people looking for good value. The owners are helpful and friendly as well the staff. There is a hot plate and fridge so one can easily prepare your own meals if you wish. Breakfast is provided but as other reviewers stated it is basic with bread, jam and coffee but one is not discouraged from bringing their own breakfast items such as yogurt, fruit or juice. If you prefer tea, bring your teabag and Marlies will put the kettle on for you 😃 Beds are firm but comfortable- all are twin beds. Towels are provided, but beach towels would have been a good addition (for those of us travelling only with hand luggage). Suggestion to property: offer beach towels but ask customers for a deposit. Units were swept on a daily basis and towels refreshed if you asked. Another nice feature was the swimming pool.

Not a huge deal, but dish soap and pump hand soap would be a nice touch. Also, the shower curtain could be replaced 😬

Breakfast is very simple. A bit far off from beach and Kos town.

Large and clean rooms, wonderful swimming pool, very nice propietors and personnel.

too low wi-fi

Location is out of town and toristic area 10km away. The host ask us the city fee that was already included in the reservation paid in booking. Breakfast so poor. The pool near the street very noisy.

The facilities was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was great for some lazy and chilled out days and even though we decided not to hire a car or bike you can walk to places which is very nice if that is what you like.Marlies the host was very welcoming and friendly and made sure u got everything u needed

Nothing it was perfect. The only thing Is the area it is a little far away from everything but Marlies the host said she would be able to get us a bike motor bike or car straight which was brilliant to get around
