The room was big and comfortable and the shower was really hot. The location was also very good. The young guy on reception was very helpful and he organised to have some clothes washed.

The noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep.

Nice little hotel in a great location. The room was big and spacious with high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff are extremely friendly - they were very flexible about check out, which we appreciated. There was hot water and decent pressure most of the time. For an Alexandria hotel, it is very good value for money. We would stay here again.

I came with my male friend, and we had booked one room only. Although I'm not Egyptian, they obliged us to pay for another room because the law forbids non married couples ( we are not even a couple) to stay in the same room. The rule applies only for Egyptians 🙂 I felt scammed.

Amazing location right in the centre and close to water. We had a sea view from our room. Staff were nice. Bed was best in Egypt a sheet then blanket. Simple but everything you need. For the price it was awesome.

Drinkis downstairs, restaurants nearby

No AC. 6 hours to fix the TV. Fans broken. No coffee maker. Bathroom water dropping. Noisy, difficult to sleep, reception employees and staff are not helpful to fix problems, they just sit on their phones all day and do nothing. No parking downstairs.

Fantastic staff who accommodated my delayed arrival with no issues at all. Super comfortable bed and great AC and fast wifi for Alex which was a bonus

Nothing I didn't like, even the road outside wasn't too loud.
